Pumpover Fee: When shipments are transferred from tank or truck facilities into the main line facilities of Tesoro High Plains Company LLC, a charge of [I] cents per barrel will be made in addition to the transportation rate stated above. A [U] $0.10 per Barrel charge for electric power will apply to all deliveries at the following origination points: In Tl46N 93W: Section 11 SESW, Section 13 NWNW, Section 24 SWSW, Section 25 NWNW, and also the following locations in T145N 93W: Section 10 SWSE, Section 12 SWSW, Section 13 NWNW, and Section 15 NENW and also the following locations in T146N 92W: Section 19 SWSE, Section 30 NENW. *The Rate for the Movement from Chimney Butte to Connolly Station is [I] cents per Barrel. The Rate for movement on the Corral Creek System (points of origin upstream of Chimney Butte, for delivery into the System at Chimney Butte) for up to [U] 6
