1 Milan Baseball EAP: Joyner Field Address: 7001 Ellington Dr Milan, TN Venue Directions: Joyner Field is located in the Milan City Park off Ellington Drive in Milan, Tennessee. There are to two entrances: 1. Entrance 1 is the most western Entrance into the park. This will lead you past the tennis courts and Spirit Park. Follow the signs to Joyner Field. 2. Entrance 2 is the middle entrance to the park. This entrance will take you past the city pool. Follow the signs to Joyner Field located in the north west of the parking lot.

Best entrance is the eastern most entrance to the Milan City Park located off of Ellington Dr. You ll go through the parking lot to the north east corner to get access to the field. 7 Milan High School Soccer EAP Address: 7001 Ellington Dr. Milan, TN Venue Description: Located in Milan City Park, the soccer field is used by the boys and girls soccer teams. Venue Directions: Milan soccer fields are located in Milan City Park, behind the Joyner Baseball field, and next to the RC track.

The best entrance to use is the middle entrance located next to Milan City swimming pool off of Ellington Dr. Follow the signs to the north side east side of the parking where the road continues on around to the RC track and Soccer Field. 9 Johnnie Hale Stadium EAP Address: 2658 Baird St, Milan TN Venue Description: Milan HS/MS Football teams play their home games Venue Directions: Johnnie Hale Stadium is located near the intersection of 1st Street and Van Hook Drive in down town Milan, TN and the access is off of Baird Street. 1. To access from E Van Hook Street (Hwy 79): a. If heading East: Turn left onto the first street (Baird St) after the big 1st street and Van Hook Street intersection. b. If heading West: Turn right after finance business building before you get to the main intersection onto Baird Street.

All trauma equipment including a portable AED is kept with Athletic Trainer on the sideline or in Athletic Trainer s vehicle. Roles of First Responders: 1. Activation of emergency medical system (EMS). a. 911 call (provide name, address, telephone number, number of individuals injured, condition of injured, first aid treatment, specific directions, other information as requested. 3. Emergency equipment retrieval. 4. Directions of EMS on scene. a. Stand at Main Entrance to Stadium located on Baird Street. b. Designate individual to flag down EMS and direct to scene. i. Either Primary or Secondary field Access as determined by location of injury and best access. c. Scene control: limit scene to first aid providers and move bystanders away from area.
11 Milan Football Practice/Field House EAP Address: 7060 E Van Hook Street, Milan TN Venue Directions: Milan football field house/practice field is located behind the High School off Industrial Drive. 1. To access if coming from E Van Hook Street (Hwy 79): a. Turn left onto the 3rd access road, most southern, on Industrial Drive just pass the school building. 2. To access if coming north on Industrial Drive: a. Turn right on the 1st access road, most southern, just before you reach the school building. 3. Field House: a. Located in the South East corner of the parking lot, there is ramp access to the building from the parking lot side of the building. 4. Practice Field: a. Located across the parking lot from the high school, access can be made from anywhere on the southern side of parking lot.

Emergency equipment retrieval. 4. Directions of EMS on scene. a. Stand at appropriate doors (at the north entrance of the field house) or on the north side of the practice field (south side of the parking lot). b. Designate individual to flag down EMS and direct to scene. c. Scene control: limit scene to first aid providers and move bystanders away from area.
13 Milan High School Gym EAP Address: 7060 E Van Hook Street Milan, TN Venue Description: The Milan High School gym is used by boys and girls basketball, volleyball, as well as gym classes and other functions. Venue Directions: The Milan High Gym is located in the main High School building. There are 2 Main access points to gym in case of emergency.

Take northern most entrance (entrance 1) off of Industrial Drive and follow curve around to side of the building to access the double doors on the south east corner of the gym b. Take middle entrance just north of high school (entrance 2). This leads in front of the school. At the end of the road, turn right to turn to the side of the building to access the double doors on the screen Utah east corner of the gym 2. Access to Entrance 2: a. Take southern most entrance (entrance 3) into southern parking lot. Proceed straight through parking lot to south western corner of gym.
