Single game ticket prices can change throughout the season based on market conditions. UW athletics suggests that fans buy their tickets early to lock in the going ticket price. 8 A TO Z GUIDE AAA SERVICE Call the Guest Services office at for free roadside assistance in the north and south stadium lots. Limited service is available for lockout rescue, flat tires and jumpstarts. ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT CONTACT INFORMATION 3910 Montlake Boulevard NE, Seattle, WA ALCOHOL IN HUSKY STADIUM The University of Washington has a strong tradition of tailgating; guests utilizing University property for tailgates are subject to, University, city, state and federal rules, policies, ordinances and laws. We ask that all fans follow these to ensure a safe, fun and memorable experience. The sale and consumption of alcohol in Husky Stadium is limited to the following areas: Club Husky by Lexus, the Don James Center, Luxury Suite Level, Touchdown Terrace, NW Viewing Deck, SW Viewing Deck, East Plaza and Section 101 on the concourse. The legal drinking age in the state of Washington is 21. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification upon request. The consumption of alcohol in Husky Stadium is a privilege and we ask that all fans do so in accordance with the Husky Stadium Fan Code of Conduct. ANIMALS All animals are prohibited from Husky Stadium except for certified service animals or service animals in training. 6

9 APPROVED ITEMS Service animals, factory sealed plastic water bottles, unopened soft sided juice boxes, empty water bottles and thermoses, medical liquids, baby bottles, binoculars, blankets, cameras for still photography (non-professional), outside food -single serving, clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (that do not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 ), one gallon clear plastic storage bag, small clutch bags (that do not exceed 4.5 x6.5, approximately the size of the hand, with or without a handle or strap), seat cushions that do not have pockets or zippers, strollers (storage not available in Husky Stadium), medically necessary items (after proper inspection), banners and flags (must be handheld, cannot obstruct the views of others, and cannot hang from stadium facades or be attached to a pole). Any item not on the Approved Item List will not be allowed into Husky Stadium unless otherwise approved and properly inspected. APPROVED SPONSORS Per University Governing Laws (WAC ), University grounds and facilities may not be used for sales, advertising or promotional activity without prior approval. Possessing Official Vendor passes is necessary to authorize Corporate Sponsors. Contact the Washington IMG Sports Network at for information about marketing activities on game day. ATM LOCATIONS ATMs are located near sections 107, 119, 125, 307, 309 and Alaska Airlines Arena. ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES Assistive listening devices are available at the Guest Services kiosk location at Sections 121 and on the north and south upper decks. BAG INSPECTIONS All bags will be visually inspected for items not allowed prior to entering and re-entering Husky Stadium. Please see Approved Items listed on page 7 for a list of items allowed into Husky Stadium. 7

10 BAG POLICY This policy restricts the size and types of bags that are permitted inside the stadium. Approved bags include clear, plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 ; one gallon clear, re-sealable plastic storage bags; small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 (with or without a handle or strap). Prohibited bags include purses, backpacks, diaper bags, binocular cases, camera cases, fanny packs, luggage, seat cushions with a zipper, and any bag that is larger than permissible size or that is not clear. BANNERS & SIGNS Banners and signs are allowed in Husky Stadium as long as they are hand-held and are not offensive or commercial. In addition, they must not hang from stadium facades, block other fan viewing or hang from existing signs in the stadium. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. BIKE VALET Free bike valet parking is located at Rainier Vista, which connects the Burke Gilman Trail to Husky Stadium. An attendant will park your bike in a secure location for the duration of the game. Bike parking opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes one hour after the game ends. For more information, contact UW Transportation Services at BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY MESSAGE Celebrate a birthday or anniversary at a Husky Football game by visiting GoHuskies.com/experiences by noon the Wednesday before the game. Look for your message on Husky Hi-Def during halftime. The cost of posting a greeting is $ 100 and payable with Visa or Mastercard. Space is limited on a first-come, first-serve policy. BOAT MOORAGE See page 21 of the Fan Guide for boat moorage information. 8

11 CAMERA POLICY AND ATTACHMENTS Cameras are allowed in Husky Stadium. Camera attachments, including selfie sticks, tripods and camcorders are prohibited. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action are permitted only through a licensing agreement with collegiate images. CHILDREN Children ages two and under get in free as long as they are seated in a lap. If preferred, a parent may pick-up a wristband for their child at any Guest Services location, which will be used to identify the seat location of their parent, in case a child is lost. Lost children will be watched for at the police station, which is located across from Section 122. CLOSED CAPTIONING Closed captioning is located on the north and south ribbon boards on each side of the field at the 50-yard line. DAWG SLEDS The Dawg Sled program is a service provided for Husky Football fans in need of extra assistance getting from the parking lots to the stadium entrances. Dawg Sleds are golf carts that operate along the following routes from the time the gates open until kickoff: E1 parking lot to the North and South Entrances Waterfront Activities Center to the North and South Entrances Limited Dawg Sled Service will be provided during the game at the North and South Entrances. Full Dawg Sled operations will resume following the game. Also review Disabled Patron Information below for additional assistance programs on gameday. DISABLED PATRON INFORMATION The University of Washington is committed to providing equal access, opportunity, and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. ELEVATORS Elevators are located across from sections 106 and 129 on the main concourse and are only available to guests with disabilities and fans with seats in Club Husky by Lexus, the Don James Center, and the Luxury Suites. Elevators provide access to these areas and the upper levels of the North and South Decks, including the press level. EMERGENCIES & EVACUATIONS In the event of a serious emergency, all customer service team members, law enforcement and fire personnel are available to assist guests. Information on how to proceed will be offered over the public address system and along the ribbon board (at the 50 yard line on the North and South Upper Decks). EXIT & RE-ENTRY Re-entry is allowed through any stadium entrance. Guests must scan their ticket when exiting the stadium in order to be allowed re-entry. Upon re-entry, the ticket must be re-scanned and all bags will be inspected again. 13 FIELD ACCESS Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during or after a game. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the field. FIRST AID & MEDICAL OPERATIONS Medic One personnel are available at each First Aid Station. First Aid Stations are marked by signs and are located at sections 106, 125, and 135 on the main concourse and sections 311, 331, and 333 on the upper decks. If there are any anticipated special medical needs by individuals attending the game, we ask that these be made known to the First Aid Station closest to their seat location. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY Fans may bring single-serving food and beverages into Husky Stadium, including plastic bottles and thermoses (which will be searched) However, the following items will not be allowed inside: glass bottles, cans, coolers/ice chests, flasks, and glass containers. GAME DAY GIVEAWAYS UW and IMG will have giveaways for select games. Stop by one of the four premium giveaways tables at select games to pick up your free promotional item while supplies last. They are located inside Husky Stadium near the Northwest Entrance, West Entrance, Southwest Entrance and The Zone. Information on game day giveaways will be available prior to each game. GAME PROGRAMS The Official Husky Game Day Program is available for $ 5 (cash only) at various locations around Husky Stadium. Extra programs will be available for sale after the game at the Husky Authentic store. GAME TIMES Football kickoff times are subject to change for television broadcasts. 14 GENDER NEUTRAL RESTROOMS Private restrooms with baby changing stations are located near sections 110, 125, 136, 207, 305, 309, and across from Luxury Suite 3. GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT Husky Athletics has a long standing tradition of providing guests with an experience that is safe, fun, & memorable. We ask that guests be enthusiastic in their support of our teams, while upholding our UW Guest Code of Conduct: 1. Exemplify The Washington Way by respecting the game, the teams, the officials, the staff, and other guests 2. Be considerate of those around you and respect everyone s right to enjoy the game 3. Refrain from the use of abusive, vulgar, demeaning, or obscene language 4. Do not throw items onto the competition area or cause a disruption of the game Guests who appear impaired or intoxicated may be denied entry or subject to ejection. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with all applicable University, city, state, and federal rules, policies and laws. Violation of the UW Guest Code of Conduct may result in seat relocation, ejection, loss of game ticket and/or criminal consequences. GUEST SERVICES Guest Services is located across from section 121 on the main concourse and on the North and South Upper Decks. There are also Guest Services kiosks stationed outside of the stadium. HUSKY HALL OF FAME The Husky Hall of Fame is located in the west end of Alaska Airlines Arena. The Hall of Fame will be open three hours prior to each home game until kick-off. 16 RAMPS Four ramps are located on the north and south sides of the stadium and access the upper levels of the stadium. Staircases are also adjacent to the south ramps. SOLICITATION OF LITERATURE Anyone without written consent from the University of Washington is prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on University property. TICKETS See page 5 of the Fan Guide for ticket information. TRANSPORTATION See page 17 of the Fan Guide for transportation information. TYEE CLUB Priority seating in Husky Stadium is reserved for Tyee Members. If you would like more information on how to become a Tyee Member, please contact the Tyee Office at tyeeclub@uw.edu or UMBRELLAS Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests experience at the game. WHEELCHAIR ASSISTS Wheelchairs are available to individuals with disabilities at each entrance. A staff member will transport anyone requiring assistance from the entrance to their seat. Staff is also available after the game to assist individuals from their seats back to the entrance. WILL CALL Public Will Call windows are located in the west end of Husky Stadium and open 3½ hours prior to each game. Photo identification is required for all ticket pick-ups. The credit card used to purchase tickets is also required for Ticketmaster Will Call pick-ups. 14

17 STADIUM SEAT CUSHIONS CONTACT INFORMATION Seat Cushion Manager (Husky Ticket Office) Season seat cushion rentals are available for all ticket holders in bench seating areas of Husky Stadium. Seat cushions ordered prior to August 20 th will be $ 30 with guaranteed installation before the game on September 9 th. Seat cushions ordered on game-day are $ 35 and will be installed as soon as possible once ordered. Seat cushion booths are located on the main concourse, mid-level North and upper South concourses. Cash or credit card payments are accepted. For damaged/missing seat cushions or questions concerning the seat cushion program, please stop by a seat cushion booth or contact the Seat Cushion Manager during business hours (9-5pm, M-F). We are pleased to provide a variety of traditional stadium food with the addition of local Seattle favorite hot spots such as Ivar s, Kidd Valley and Beecher s. 19 TRANSPORTATION There are a variety of transportation options for fans to see the Huskies play at Husky Stadium. Whether traveling by car, RV, charter bus, public transit, bicycle, boat, or on your feet, Husky Stadium is one of the most accessible stadiums in the country. 20 Public Charter Bus Parking There is a limited number of Charter Bus parking permits available for each game. Permits must be purchased in advance via or by contacting the football transportation office at Tailgating is not permitted next to the bus. Public Disability Parking There is a limited number of public disability parking permits available for advanced purchase. Permits can be purchased through the Husky Ticket Office by calling NON-RESERVED PARKING General Public Disability Parking General public disability parking is also available on a game-by-game basis in the E1 parking lot. To access the lot, please present a valid state issued disabled parking permit and/or a valid disabled driver license to the parking attendant. Dawg Sleds are available to drive fans from the parking lot to the stadium two hours prior to kickoff as well as after the game. General Public Parking General public parking is available in a variety of locations for your convenience. Please refer to the Husky Football Parking Map on page 20 for lot locations and egress traffic patterns. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Park and Ride Bus Service Fans must purchase a bus pass for each game to utilize the Husky Park and Ride Bus Service. Fans can buy a pass at each Park and Ride lot on game day for $ 7.00/game with a VISA or MasterCard. Cash is not accepted. Bus service begins approximately two hours prior to kickoff with 20-minute interval departures. Park and Ride bus service is available at the following locations (see next page): 18

For all Metro bus information, please go to the King County Metro trip planner OTHER TRANSIT OPTIONS Bike and Walk Husky Stadium is located along the Burke-Gilman Trail, which runs from Ballard to Bothell and provides a safe, beautiful and easy route for Husky fans. Free bike valet parking is located at Rainier Vista, which directly connects the Burke-Gilman Trail with Husky Stadium. An attendant will park your bike in a secure location for the duration of the game. Bike parking opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes one hour after the game ends. Rideshare (Lyft/Uber) The pick-up and drop-off location is conveniently located on Okanogan Lane off of Stevens Way by Rainier Vista. It is a short walk to and from Husky Stadium. 19

23 BOAT MOORAGE CONTACT INFORMATION Husky Harbor Boat Moorage Manager A long-standing and unique tradition for Husky fans is to arrive at the stadium via boat. Husky Harbor docks are located 100 yards from Husky Stadium. Season permits and single game permits are available online at Permits must be purchased prior to game day. Moorage is assigned based on boat length overall (LOA). Larger boats are recommended to have a passerelle for off loading and may also be asked to drop anchor. Husky Harbor staff is available on game day to assist with the moorage process. Most boats will raft by a bow and stern tie. Dinghies are not permitted in Husky Harbor and must be removed prior to game day moorage. For boats anchoring in the bay, a shuttle service will be available to bring fans from their boats to the dock for free. For the return trip, a shuttle ticket is required and can be purchased at the Waterfront Activities Center office (WAC) for $ 10 per person. Shuttles will be available 2-2 ½ hours before game time. Signal for a shuttle with your hands, life vest or boating flag. During busy boating game days, it is recommended to flag down a shuttle at least one hour prior to kickoff. Charter boats are also an option for fans and can be coordinated directly through the local charter companies. 21

24 TAILGATING POLICIES Husky Football has a longstanding tradition of tailgating. Please be aware of the following regulations that every tailgater should know: All tailgating items should be placed in front of and behind your vehicle without infringing on other parking spaces. Barbecues and open flames are not allowed in any of the enclosed areas of parking garage or structures. These areas include all covered areas of the Stadium Garage, Central Plaza Garage, Padelford Garage, and Portage Bay Garage. It is illegal to display or possess open containers of liquor or to consume alcoholic beverages in a public place without a proper permit. This pertains to all University property, including parking lots. Tailgaters may not occupy more than one parking space or save spaces. Portable outdoor furniture, tents and portable generators are permitted. Couches or other large furniture items are not permitted. Tailgaters must respect other people and property, properly dispose of trash and recycling and cooperate with law enforcement authorities and University personnel. Promotional or marketing activities and/or the sale of products food or beverages are not permitted except with proper authorization from the University. All drive lanes and emergency access lanes must remain clear. Tailgaters must comply with all applicable University, city, state and federal rules, policies, ordinances and laws. Violation of any UW tailgating rules can result in fines, loss of game tickets or loss of tailgating privileges. 22

25 THE ZONE DRIVEN BY TOYOTA ABOUT THE ZONE The Zone is a premium hospitality experience combined with a pregame tailgate experience that features entertainment, food, beverages and fun for the Husky Faithful. THE ZONE CHANGES FOR 2017 In an effort to continually provide a positive fan experience, The Zone is relaunching in 2017 as an enhanced club experience with the introduction of the ZonePass. All fans may still enjoy The Zone for the 3 hours prior to kickoff. A game ticket is required to enter The Zone. After kickoff, only ZonePass and Zone suite holders have extended access through the first half and until the end of halftime. 26 Location The Zone is located on the East Practice Field of Husky Stadium between the Waterfront Activities Center and the Husky Softball Field. The main entrances are located at the NE and SE entrances of Husky Stadium and open three hours prior to kick-off. Hours of Operation The Zone offers full service before the game for three hours prior to kickoff. Only ZonePass holders and Zone suite holders are allowed extended access through the first half and half-time. ZONEPASS Dawg fans can purchase a ZonePass and have access to the private side of The Zone. ZonePass holders enjoy guaranteed access to The Zone pre-game, the first half and through the end of halftime. Amenities include dedicated bars and concession areas (resulting in shorter lines), beer, wine and liquor, 50 flat screen TV and expanded menu offerings. PRIVATE VIP TENT VIP/corporate tents are available to rent for entertaining clients, associates and friends in a first-class setting only steps from the football field. Tents can be customized for any sized group. 28 SUSTAINABILITY Husky Stadium is the most beautiful setting in the country to watch a football game, and the University of Washington Department of Athletics is committed to preserving the natural beauty of this environment. Throughout the renovation of Husky Stadium, the sustainability of the project was thoughtfully considered. The project received LEED certification for design, construction and sustainable operating practices. During constructions, over 95% of construction waste was reused or recycled. Salmon-Safe best management practices were employed, locally sourced natural material were used, and water and energy-efficient fixtures were installed. Additionally, concessions food containers are either compostable or recyclable; as a result, fans will find compost and recycle stations throughout the stadium and are asked to take out any garbage they bring in or leave it under their seats for stadium staff to handle after the game.
