2 General Information Welcome! We currently operate 4 holiday programs in Moama, Bendigo (Lightning Reef PS), Kangaroo Flat and Castlemaine. Our Children s Services are approved by the Australian Children s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and licensed with the Department of Education and Training (DET). Enrolment Information BRYMCA Online Enrolment Form. To enrol your child, go to and follow the links. If you are unable to access the Online Enrolment mandatory as it enables us to provide the best care for your child. Once you have created your account you will be provided with a log on for the Parent Portal in Hubworks. If you have an existing enrolment, jump online to check that all your details are correct. Hubworks must be updated whenever there is a change to personal details of a child, a parent/ guardian or an emergency contact. It is crucial that we have the correct information, particularly contact numbers. An enrolment form must be completed for each service your child attends. This means that if they are already enrolled in one of our After School Care programs, you will need to complete a new enrolment form for Holiday Program. Refer to our website for more information about enrolling and to view our OSHC Family Handbook. Bookings and Fees A booking can only be made once you have submitted all enrolment details for your child. To make a booking you must Holiday Program Fees are $70 per day. There may be an additional fee charged for some experiences, these will be indicated on the program schedule. These fees are before any Centrelink benefits are applied. All Holiday Program bookings must be paid at the time of booking. These payments can be made using EFTPOS or with into the program. The Holiday Program booking period is a busy time and bookings may take up to two business days to be processed. A late fee of $2 per minute applies when a child is picked up after 6.00pm The YMCA Children s Services Office will be closed from 5pm Friday 22nd December am Tuesday 2nd January 2018 so get your bookings in early to avoid missing out. Spend the afternoon chilling to a movie, bring your own devices* to play or compete against your friends on our wii! *Devices brought in at own risk Monday 8th January Lawn Bowls North Bendigo Head to the North Bendigo Bowls club to try your hand at some Lawn Bowls! Keep cool in the afternoon heat with tonnes of water games! Beat the water balloon time bomb, drench yourself in the sponge relays and slip n slide the day away. Tuesday 9th January Golden Dragon Museum Learn how Chinese Heritage has influenced the history of Bendigo at the Golden Dragon Museum. Stroll through the Yiu Yuan Garden of Joy and maybe even see a performance from some special guests! Amazing Race in Rosalind Park Team up with your friends, travel around the world and complete the tasks to win the prize! Wednesday 10th January Dance Party EVERYBODY DANCE NOW! Tear up the D-Floor with our Just Dance party! Art Incursion We ve got so many creative artists at Holiday Program, so today s the day to flaunt your skills! Join us for a crafternoon with our in-house art teacher, Sam! Thursday 11th January Obstacle course Dip, dive, squeeze and lunge your way through our HUGE YMCA obstacle course! Cool down again at the Peter Krenz Leisure Centre indoor pool! Friday 12th January Cricket Clinic Our educator Steve LOVES the cricket do you?! Learn how to be as nice as Garry with our YMCA coaches, Damo and Tom! Fidget Spinner Friday Deck out and take home your very own fidget spinner!

Karate Incursion Perfect this ancient form of martial arts with a clinic from our friends at Zen Do Kai Freestyle Martial Arts. Wednesday 17th January Metafit at Peter Krenz Leisure Centre Join us for a child friendly Metafit workout with our personal trainers at PKLC. Metafit is a great way to keep active and get fit. It s Summer of course we need to go swimming again! Head to the Peter Krenz Leisure Centre and enjoy a cool afternoon. Thursday 18th January Multicultural Day Come dressed up in clothes from around the world for our multicultural day! Learn about art from other cultures and play games that children are playing all around the world. Friday 19th January Dance Incursion idance Bendigo present a Ballroom Dancing Spectacular! Come along and learn how to ballroom dance with your friends. You ll get lots of practice before the competition begins, where you ll perform your skills to compete for a prize! This is going to be AWESOME. Sensory Afternoon Wear your old clothes and prepare to get messy for a gooey, slimy afternoon. Play some mini golf and see whether you can get a hole in one. Thursday 11th January Slip n Slide Spend the morning keeping cool and racing each other on our slip n slides!
