For cash payments or assistance with bookings please call or getactive@leisurenetwoks.org This program is suitable for people who can be supported in a small group up to 5 people. If you require more support or 1:1 support please call us to discuss.
2 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 1 MEETING AND PICK UP POINTS Each activity has a meeting and pick up location listed. Please ensure you keep this with you as a reference. Should the location change a text message will be sent at least 24 hours prior with details. WHAT TO BRING A day pack with a hat, water bottle, and sunscreen and in winter, rain jacket, is always recommended. Each activity has specifi cs listed. If we require you to bring any other last minute items you will be sent a text at least 24 hours prior to the activity. 2 3 WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS Leisure Networks has a weather policy in place to ensure everyone's safety. In the event that it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to undertake a planned activity due to heavy rain or extreme heat, a replacement activity will be offered and you will be notified via phone call or text. REFUNDS If you cancel from an activity we are not obliged to provide a refund. Refunds will be determined based on time out from activity, ability to fi ll your place and whether tickets have been pre-purchased. 4

AUGUST REAL MADRID FOOTBALL MELBOURNE MUSEUM Saturday 4th August 9am 4.30pm Cost: $20 MYKI with at least $10 loaded on it The Real Madrid World of Football Experience is a new, state-of-the-art, digital and physical interactive football experience for all ages. Spectacular audio-visual displays, physical interactive football experiences, playable gaming technologies, combined with historical club memorabilia and stunning trophy displays make it a sports fan s dream day out. LEGO LAND DISCOVERY CENTRE Saturday 18th August 9am 4pm Cost $25 Spending money if you wish to buy something from the Lego shop It was one of our favourite days out last year so we are heading back for even more Lego action! Day includes time to go through the Lego shop if you want to update your collection.
