4 Kevin Kevin Lowe Lowe MEET THE THE SPEAKERS Kevin Lowe will be hosting a Q&A session alongside Garry McKenzie. The format of this session will begin with a guided Q&A discussion moderated by Matt Johnson, Head Professional at Royal Mayfair GC and Co-Chair of the Education Committee. The second portion of this session will be opened up to the attendees for any questions they may have and to spark interactive conversations. Kevin will be bringing valuable business experience from running an NHL franchise as well as insight into the life of a professional athlete. KEVIN LOWE, Vice Chairman Oilers Entertainment Group Kevin Lowe is entering his second season as Vice Chair and Alternate Governor of Oilers Entertainment Group (OEG). Previously, Lowe served as the Oilers President of Hockey Operations for seven seasons and prior to that spent eight seasons as the Oilers General Manager. Lowe was the Oilers' first-ever draft pick when he was selected 21st overall in the 1979 NHL Amateur Draft. He scored the first goal in team history as he beat Tony Esposito at 9:49 of the first period in Edmonton's first NHL game in October of The goal launched a career that saw him play for 19 seasons without spending a day in the minors. Lowe has been instrumental in the renewed success of the Edmonton Oilers, both on and off the ice and will continue to work towards and promote the growth and development of OEG in its many new business initiatives. Lowe played 13 full seasons with the Oilers where he won 5 of his 6 Stanley Cup rings before being traded to the New York Rangers where he won his 6 th and final Stanley Cup Championship. He later found himself re-joining the Oilers in 1997/98 where he retired after two seasons. After returning to his original organization, he was given the opportunity to join the front office staff as an Assistant Coach. He was able to quickly work his way up the corporate ladder by becoming the Head Coach of the Oilers for a single season in 1999 before being promoted to the General Manager position in His outstanding knowledge of the game and business led to yet another promotion in 2008/09 where he became the President of Hockey Operations. On top of his extensive resume with the Edmonton Oilers he has also helped the Canadian National Hockey teams as a member of the management team for the 2002 Winter Olympics where team Canada won the gold

5 James Sieckmann James will be going over the various techniques and tips on how to improve your short game. This will be an interactive session as he will be using the same strategies he coaches PGA Tour players with, such as, Smylie Kaufman, Charley Hoffman, I.K. Kim, Ben Crane and Tom Pernice. James will be presenting on the topic: The Art of Coaching Short Game Scoring from 120 Yards and In. JAMES SIECKMANN, Director of Instruction, The Golf Academy at Shadow Ridge CC For the last 22 years James has served as the Director of Instruction at The Golf Academy at For the last 22 years James has served as the Director of Instruction at The Golf Academy at Shadow Ridge CC in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a nine-time recipient of the Nebraska PGA Section Teacher of the Year and is recognized by GOLF Magazine as a Top 100 Teacher in America and by his peers through Golf Digest as the 16th Best Teacher in America, but 1st among all short game coaches. He has shared his beliefs on short game performance and effective coaching through a DVD Instruction Series entitled Phase 5 System and authored two books, Your Short Game Solution: Mastering the Finesse Game from 120 Yards and In and Y our Putting Solution: A Tour Proven Approach to Mastering the Greens. James is on the Titleist Performance Institute Advisory board and shares his unique coaching with other Teachers around the world including Golf Education Asia, The World Golf Fitness Summit, PGA Sweden, PGA Spain and the Federation de Golf Columbia. He is the current Short Game Coach to 13 fully exempt Tour players including Charley Hoffman, I.K. Kim, Smylie Kaufman, Ben Crane and Tom

6 Cameron McCormick will be presenting on the topic: Cameron McCormick The Skill Code The hidden elements to improve performance (unpacking the true difference makers and knowledge nuggets that all players need to play well) Cameron will also be discussing what it is like to coach 3-time Major Champion Jordan Speith since the age of 12. CAMERON MCCORMICK, Director of Instruction at Trinity Forest GC Cameron McCormick began coaching golf in his home country of Australia in Moving to the United States in 2000 he brought with him the coaching principles honed under the tutelage of the Victorian Institute of Sport coaches. With a background in competitive golf at the collegiate, amateur and professional levels; in addition to knowledge in the biomechanics, motor learning and psychology domains, Cameron has developed an international reputation as a sought-after coach to players at, or aspiring to, high levels of competitive mastery. McCormick s client list covers the gamut from beginner to elite players. He is most well-known for coaching 3-time Major Champion, Jordan Spieth since the age of 12; and 2011 US Women s Open Champion & 2017 ANA Inspiration Champion So Yeon Ryu. His clients, past and present, include over 20 combined PGA, Champions, Web.com and LPGA Tour players & four of the last eight USGA Junior Amateur champions. He is the founder of Altus Performance and serves as the Director of Instruction at the Trinity Forest GC in Dallas, Texas. He is a Golf Digest Top 50 instructor, a Golf Magazine Top 100 teacher and in 2015 was named the PGA of America Teacher of the

7 Tracy Moffatt Tracy is a specialist when it comes to the world of merchandising. She will be hosting two separate breakout sessions on Tuesday, March 6 th. SESSION #1: KPI Analysis for Profit and Growth The first session will be key metrics to look at and how to measure and improve them. It will look at Retail Sales Cost of Sales Average Inventory Turnover Dollar per Round. SESSION #2: Buying with a Plan Planning for the Buy The second session will draw from the first in that she ll use some of the metrics discussed to develop a simple Merchandise Assortment Plan to buy from. Here the focus is on forecasting the metrics for next year, as well as, vendor analysis and selection to develop a sound buying plan. Please note, you do not need to attend the first session in order to attend the second. They will be drawing on similar concepts but will be new content in each session. TRACY MOFFATT, President, Association of Golf Merchandisers Tracy Moffatt has been an Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) member since 1998 and a vital part of the AGM Education Team since She was the 2009 recipient of the AGM Educator of the Year Award and serves on the AGM Board of Directors as the President. Tracy presents seminars and workshops for Golf and Retail Industries worldwide. She is a regular presenter for the PGA of America and was the 2014 recipient of the Southwest Florida Chapter s Henry B. Watkins Award. Tracy began K&K Consulting in 2002 to offer more in-depth merchandising assistance to AGM Members, Golf and other Retail Operations. She works with facilities worldwide to develop Open to Buy plans, implement sound inventory management and control, establish excellent merchandising standards and offer necessary training to improve profitability. In 2010 she became an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University in Estero, Florida and currently teaches Advanced Golf Merchandising Operations for the Professional Golf Management program. Tracy worked for seventeen years as a Senior Merchandise Manager for the JC Penney Company before heading to the Golf Industry where she was the Golf Shop Manager at a Private Country Club in Naples, Florida for nine years. Tracy and her husband, Mark, a PGA Certified Instructor and Director of Instruction at Shadow Wood CC, reside in Naples, FL.

8 Garry McKenzie Garry will be joining Kevin Lowe for over an hour-long Q&A session. The format of this session will begin with a guided Q&A session moderated by Matt Johnson, Head Pro at Royal Mayfair GC and Co-Chair of the Education Committee. The second portion of this session will be opened up to the attendees for any questions they may have and to spark interactive conversations. Garry will be bringing in years of experience of marketing knowledge and running entertainment companies. His expertise in marketing will make for a collaborative and entertaining Q&A session with Kevin Lowe. GARRY MCKENZIE, Former Vice President & General Manager Corus Entertainment Garry McKenzie is a seasoned Executive with more than 30-years of leadership and operations experience, including Vice President and General Manager for Corus Entertainment, which is a publicly-traded media and entertainment company. Garry was also Vice President of Marketing & Sales with the Calgary Flames Limited Partnership. Garry consistently performs at an extremely high level using a creative and dynamic leadership approach which has led him to executing and delivering solid business results and shareholder value. He brings years of experience serving on numerous Boards, Committees and Associations. Garry has extensive experience and affiliations with Boards over the years. Garry was the Director for the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (ECOF). The ECOF has contributed over $30 million to more than 2,700 charities, community groups and minor hockey programs. From , Garry was on the Marketing Advisory Board for the National Hockey League where he was advising NHL teams on all aspects of the teams marketing, fan and brand development and player relations.

9 Tim Krebs Tim will be hosting two separate breakout sessions that will be focusing on two primary topics. Within his presentation he will be focusing on Player Development Programs and Tournament Operations. SESSION #1: Within Player Development Programs, Tim will be highlighting; How To Create Revenue From Your PDP s - Create-Retain-Sustain. SESSION #2: For Tournament Operations, Tim will be concentrating on how to increase Tournament Revenues. He will break down the do s and don ts of tournament operations and how to maximize your club s return. Please note, you do not need to attend the first session in order to attend the second. TIM KREBS, PGA General Manager Butterfield Trail GC Tim Krebs is the current General Manager at Butterfield Trail GC in El Paso, Texas. Krebs is a former recipient of the PGA National Player Development Award for his commitment to growing the game of golf at the Section and National levels. The 20+ year PGA Professional has been a member of the Middle Atlantic Section Player Development Committee and is currently on the Sun Country Section Player Development Committee. Krebs has led numerous development programs over his career that have attracted over 20,000 participants and driven over $2 million of player development revenue since Krebs began his career in the golf industry as a cart attendant at Raintree CC, in St. Louis, and credits PGA Head Professional Jeff Hunter for serving as a positive influence on his development as a PGA member. Afterwards, Krebs received his first opportunity to become a PGA Head Golf Professional at Cherry Hills GC in St. Louis. He went on to serve as the General Manager at facilities in Kansas City, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; Atlantic City, New Jersey; Washington, DC; and now in El Paso, Texas. Tim has received the 2013 Middle Atlantic PGA Player Development Award, 2015 PGA National Player Development Award, and the 2017 Sun Country Section Player Development Award. In the past his facilities have been honoured as a Golf Range Association of America (GRAA) Top 50 Driving Range; 2010 and 2011 PGA Play Golf America Top 100 Course; and GRAA Top 100 Driving Range. His current facility of Butterfield Trail has been awarded many accolades as well, including Best Overall Customer Satisfaction National Golf Foundation 2015, 2017 and Best Municipal Courses in US - #3 GolfWeeek
