2 Event Overview We invite you to join us for our 31st Annual Meeting: April 22-24, 2013 at the Hilton Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida. In addition to our Annual Membership Meeting, we will have expanded educational sessions with timely topics and professional speakers, a credit union marketplace featuring select credit union product and service providers, and several networking events including a golf tournament and a luncheon bay cruise. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The conference is designed with Credit Union Executive Staff and Directors in mind. There will be something for everyone and ALL credit unions are welcome to attend. With over 500 member credit unions in 38 states and 2 US Territories, we are anticipating a fantastic turnout. It will be a great opportunity to visit with old friends and meet some new ones. The Raven Golf Club at Sandestin, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is among the finest Florida golf clubs and courses in the region. Putting Tournament starts at 8 AM and Golf Tournament starts at 9 AM on Monday, April 22. Prizes will be awarded for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Putting Tournament and 1st & 2nd Place Winners. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Price per player is $150. Seaside Tour Monday, April 22, :45 AM Departure / 2:45 PM Arrival back at hotel Attendees will enjoy lunch, shopping, the beach and exploring this 80-acre quaint town. Seaside was developed in 1980 as a planned, walkable community. Today it is recognized as the birthplace of the New Urbanism movement and the inspiration for other traditional neighborhoods taking shape across the country. The village consists of over 300 pastel cottages, picket fences, gardens, restaurants, shops, a nondenominational church, a school and its very own tiny post office. In 1997, it was the filming location for The Truman Show starring Jim Carrey. Guests will be on their own for lunch at Seaside where there are many restaurants from which to select. Conference Fees are as follows: There is no charge to attend the Annual Membership Meeting which will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 8:00 am - 9:30 am. Conference Attendee $349: includes admission to all education sessions, welcome reception, credit union marketplace, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, group luncheon and networking reception on Tuesday. Conference Guest $149: includes admission to the welcome reception, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, group luncheon and networking reception on Tuesday. Golf Tournament - $150 per player.
