The National Plan Automation Group (NPAG) Conference is titled, "Mountains of Opportunity in EDI." We ve created an engaging program that will ensure you have an enjoyable and educational conference. Our Blue Plan associates and industry experts will inform on a range of topics, including; healthcare reform, electronic health records and attachments, security and EDI, industry adoption and cost of electronic administrative transactions, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services updates, and BlueCross BlueShield Association directives, CAQH session and more. The conference will also feature open forum sessions where Blue Plan associates share experiences, ideas, successes and challenges. This opportunity to collaborate is invaluable, as our industry brings efficiencies to business processes, reduce costs, and looks to expand on new opportunities offered at this exciting time in healthcare. SPACE IS LIMITED, WILL BE GRANTED ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS NPAG Golf Tournament:, Will be held at Lake Placid Club Transportation to leave Monterey Plaza Hotel at 12:15pm Ausable Chasm:, ransportation to leave from Monterey Plaza Hotel at 12:30pm. Known as The Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks, this tour is a one hour ride to and from the tour. After a minimum one mile walk, you ll board a raft and float through the narrowest and deepest region of Ausable Chasm. Experienced guides navigate the rafts between the towering cliffs of the Grand Flume, past the Broken Needle and around the Whirlpool Basin while discussing the geology and history of the chasm. The rapids found mid way through the float tour are always a visitor favorite! Bobsled Experience, The Bobsled Experience is located 7 miles from the Lake Placid Crowne Plaza. Cruise down the track with real bobsledders! Let one of our professional brakemen take you on a half mile ride from Starting Gate 4. Admission includes a bobsled lapel pin, 4x6 commemorative team photo, T shirt. This activity will be on your own and the Bobsled Experience will only be open between 1 3pm.
