You will hear various agencies discuss their criteria for attorney selection and you will also hear from numerous attorneys how and why they could be a great addition to your preferred attorney list. The law lists will discuss some of the latest issues and solutions in the forwarding process. Our new unique process will ensure that by the end of the two part session every attendee will have interacted with each other. Barry Elms Bring On the Dollars.The Art of Getting Paid Barry Elms, Strategic Negotiations, International Dynamic, national renowned speaker, Barry Elms will show attendees how to get paid quickly on ALL telephone collection calls. His program will focus on minimizing payment delays and dealing with cash flow issues. Barry will include case studies for attendees to learn how to use six powerful influencing skills. This program is a great opportunity to hear America s business coach on sales and negotiation skills! AND Difficult? Who Me? No Him! No Her! Conflict Management How to resolve conflict with difficult and uncooperative debtors (and maybe clients!) Each attendee will have the opportunity to identify and assess his/her conflict management skill level and be taught how to improve it. Steven Gutter Piercing the Corporate Veil Complex debt collection requires more than chasing some poor debtor with a credit report that screams debtor s prison. Skilled, veteran Attorney Steven J. Gutter will explain how agencies and attorneys, on behalf of their clients, can pursue debtor officers, directors, shareholders, spouses and family members and/or successor businesses. Gutter will address fraudulent transfer law, successor liability law and piercing the corporate veil. Saturday Membership Meeting The agency and affiliate members will join together to discuss the mission, direction and strategic planning of the new association. Member input is key to the success of an organization and we look forward to having you contribute your ideas and comments. The new board of directors will be installed and committees will be formally established and accept volunteers for committee member seats.

NFL FOOTBALL Miami Dolphins V Green Bay Packers Sunday October 12 Calling all Football Fans! Get ready for a every once in a very long while Sportacular event. You will depart the Marriott at 9:30 am on game day by van service to arrive at Sunlife Stadium for a private Tailgate party. The tailgate is complete with flat screens for pre-game, food grilled to perfection, an open bar, DJ and several NFL alumni on hand. At game time you will take an elevator to the Club/Skybox level to enjoy the game. The suite level is two connected air-conditioned floors with beverages and food. After the game you may be dropped off at Fort Lauderdale airport which is very close or returned to the hotel.
