1 ORDNANCE AN ORDNANCE AMENDNG THE CODE OF ORDNANCES, CHAPTER 90- FEES, ARTCLE V., DVSON l - SANBEL RECREATON CENTER, SECTON ; PROVDNG FOR AN NCREASE N MEMBER USER FEES AND NCREASE N NON-MEMBER USER FEES; PROVDNG FOR CODFCATON AND SEVERABLTY; AND PROVDNG AN EFFECTVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Sanibel City Council has established the Sanibel Recreation Center Recreation User Fees and such User Fees have been codified as part of the Sanibel Code or Ordinances; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary and appropriate to amend the previously established User Fees by increasing member user fees and increasing nonmember user fees as recommended by Staff (both rounded to the nearest dollar); NOW, THEREFORE, BE T ORDANED by the City Council of the City of Sanibel, Florida. that: SECTON. Chapter 90 - Fees, Article V. Recreation User Fees, Division -Sanibel, Section Recreation User Fees, be amended as set forth in the attached Recreation Programs and Fee Schedule, incorporated herein and attached as Exhibit "A", with underlining indicating additions and strike-through indicating deletions. SECTON 2. CODFCATON. This ordinance shall be deemed an amendment to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sanibel and the Sanibel Code of Ordinances is hereby amended. Ord

2 SECTON 3. SEVERABLTY. f any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or application hereof, is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of application hereof. SECTON 4. Effective date.
