1 October 11, 2014 NEW MEMBER POLICY: Must be Priority Member. Must be Full Time Resident Must be 16 or less GHIN Index. Must first play 5 rounds of golf in 1 month, for final approval. Must have all (5) shirts within 30 days of new membership approval. Must be at least 50 years old. Membership will be limited to 60 Critters. All members must play a minimum of 50 rounds with the Critters between 10/01 and 9/30 annually. (medical waivers accepted) ANNUAL DUES of $50 as of January 1, 2014 Please give a courtesy call to any Board Member if you decide to quit the group. Ps: Those active members that do not have all (4) shirts, must do so within 30 days. All shirts worn for golf with the Critters group are to be of the approved style an approved color. No different styles and color shades, whether you have the logo on or not. TEE POLICY: All Critters and Guest will play BLUE or WHITE Tees ONLY. GUEST POLICY: Guest are welcome to play with the Critters AS LONG AS THEY CAN BE INCLUDED WITHOUT CAUSING PROBLEMS WITH THE TEE TIME SYSTEM. (Due to the high volume of play between December 1 st and March 31st within the Villages, this would restrict our chances with the Tee Time System.) Guest and sponsors will be omitted if we get to 32 Critter members on sign up website. No guest will be in the game until they have completed (5) rounds with the Critters. POINTS POLICY: When inputting to the Tee Time System, if your points are 5, or more you may be dropped from that day s roster, in order to secure tee times for the rest of the group. REMINDER TO ALL PLAYERS: You MUST arrive & CHECK the Clubhouse at least 20 minutes before your tee time, in order not be bumped out by their system.

3 To All CRITTERS: Policy CHANGES and clarifications: Change of Policy is that if you have 5 pts or more, we reserve the right to not put you in for that day. The signup website has changed from 24 to 32 players before your name will turn red. If your name appears red, do not remove yourself, there maybe players in the first 32 who have 5 pts or more or we may need alternates for sickness or injury. HINT: SIGNUP EARLY Clarification on SHIRT Policy: All shirts worn for golf with the Critters group are to be of the approved style an approved color. 4 July 1, 2013 Policy Amendment: Players returning to play from a medical surgery, injury or extended illness will have the following (3) options to choose from upon replaying with The Villages Critters. 1. Handicap stays as it was prior to your condition, and you will be in The Villages Critters games. 2. You will be a plus (2) or minus (2) for the first SIX rounds, and be able to participate in The Villages Critters games. 3. You will be able to play your first SIX rounds with the Villages Critters and not participate in The Villages Critters games. NOTE: All scores will be entered into The Villages Critters handicap system.

5 October 31, 2013 Policy CHANGES and clarifications: Effective immediately: Any player who has an index of 17.0 or higher must play from the White Tees and cannot move to Blue tees until their index is below 17.0 on below moving dates. Dates for moving are: Feb 1 st May 1 st Aug 1 st Nov 1 st On the dates listed above, if your index is 16.9 or lower you may play the Blue or White tees. If your index goes above 16.9 between moving dates you must stay on the same tees for that quarter year. CX, CARMEN, CORK, JT, LEFTY

6 Dec em ber 28, 2013 We love to play golf and are fortunate to have a great group to play with. As the premier golf group in The Villages we need to show mutual respect. So please do not attack or criticize those who do the tallying at the end of a golf round, committee or board members, even if there has been an inadvertent mistake made. These individuals are volunteering their time and effort to promote fun and brotherhood at all Critter events. If you have an idea for improvement there are constructive ways of expressing these thoughts, negativity has no place in this group. Bad behavior will not be tolerated in our group. Consequences will be taken for bad behavior depending on the severity deemed by the board. 1. Written and or verbal warning day suspension 3. Termination The Villages Critters Board

7 CRITTER GOLF EVENT REQUIREMENTS: As of January 27, 2014 the following criteria must be met to qualify for an event. A minimum of 12 Critters golfing (not including guest). Complete eighteen holes of golf by 12 Critters. Both sets of Critter score cards turned into the person in charge (or a board member). When the above criteria is met, those scores will be inputted into the Critter Handicap System.
