1 Friends of RHAM Soccer Dear Friends and Family of RHAM Soccer, The Friends of RHAM Soccer golf committee is pleased to announce a great way to assist us in raising funds for our High School soccer program. On June 29, 2018 we will be holding our fourth annual Friends of RHAM Soccer Golf Tournament Classic at Blackledge Country Club. Our first 3 tournaments were successful fundraisers for our soccer programs. To help us in achieving our year four fundraising goal for the tournament, we are requesting that each player s family set a goal of accumulating $250 in sponsorship Ads and/or secure 1 foursome for the tournament. Proceeds raised will be placed into a Friends of RHAM Soccer bank account (held at Key Bank) and will be used for facility upgrades, equipment or other needs of the boys and girls programs. Funds will be disbursed upon the approval of the Friends of RHAM Soccer member committee vote. Volunteers for Friends of RHAM Soccer are welcome. See our attached guiding principles document for more information. Families are encouraged to go out into the community and ask local businesses, family members or anyone who would like to support our program to sponsor the tournament or put together a foursome. The enclosed packet includes a letter for businesses detailing the purpose of the Ad sales/sponsor packages and the order form. Make as many copies as needed, when an order has been made, fill out the order form and take payment from the business at this time or you may request the check be mailed directly to the Friends of RHAM Soccer 12 Wood Pond Rd. Amston, CT Sponsorships can be made in check or cash. If the business chooses to have a particular logo or graphic displayed with their Ad in the program guide, then a PDF file will need to be ed to jjkjjr@aol.com or ask for a copy of what the business wishes to be displayed. The boys and girls RHAM soccer programs have a rich tradition over the past thirty years, including one of the few programs to win state titles in the same season! On June 29, 2018 we will be holding our Fourth annual Friends of RHAM Soccer Golf Tournament Classic at Blackledge Country Club. Our first 3 years were both successful fundraisers for our soccer programs. Proceeds from this year s tournament and future tournaments will help support all levels of the RHAM boys and girls soccer programs. One of the means of raising funds this year will be the electronic publishing of a RHAM Soccer Tournament Classic program guide, which will offer information about our program as well as present advertisements from local businesses that sponsor our teams. This guide will not be printed but ed electronically to all of the participants in the tournament, sponsors, current soccer players and all our Soccer families in the community.
