2 Greetings fellow kinballers! We are the Kin-Ball Clube do Porto, from Portugal, and want to invite you to a friendly tournament, from August 28 th to 31 st But let's star with us. We play Kin-Ball since 2007, but, unfortunately, we never had the chance to participate in major tournaments. We traveled to Spain to compete a few times and organized an European club championship in 2013, with B105 (Spain), NACK (France), Housse (Belgium) and Neuchatel (Switzerland). It was a great experience and this lead us to the main topic: what we want to do. We don't want to invite you just for a friendly tournament, we want to offer you the possibility to play Kin-Ball with players from different countries AND enjoy a great time in one of the most wonderful cities in Europe. Ok, anyone thinks their city is the best of all, but Porto was just elected the best European destination for the third time, after 2012 and Got to have something special, right? So why not take the best of two worlds? Not every Kin-Ball player has the possibility to play abroad and not every tournament is located in attractive areas. Despite being in one of the corners of Europe, Porto is connected with numerous cities by low cost flights and it is not an expensive city, in terms of accommodation, restaurants and other tourism aspects. This is a close up of the city of Porto. The red dot is pointing the place where the tournament will take place, the red circle represents the city center and the blue "M" spots are metro stations. So, as you can see, the dislocations to and from the sports hall will be easy.

3 And this a photo of the sports hall. It opens the chance to play two games at the same time and the floor is perfect for Kin-Ball, as it allows to slide safelly. PRICES We tried to make it as cheap as possible to make the tournament a reality. We ask each player 85 that will assure, besides the rental of the sports hall: - Lunch for the four days; - Group dinner in the last day; - Water and basic food supplies during the matches (fruit, cereal bars, sandwiches...) - Souvenir T-shirt of the tournament; ACCOMODATION Unlike other tournaments, we leave the accommodation to you for one simple reason: the offer in Porto is extremely high and, therefore, each team should choose the option that best applies for his needs. You might want a 3 star hotel with double rooms, for example, or place the team in a hostel. For anything you might want, there are a lot a different options with different prices, so we can't sort them. Nevertheless,we can help you with any problem that you might have and help you choose. DEADLINES AND GENERAL INFORMATIONS - The last day to pay for the inscription and confirm it is Friday, May 5th; - All teams must be formed by a minimum of five players and a maximum of eight; - Players from all ages are welcomed, but minors must have an authorization from their parents or legal responsible; - Is mandatory to play with mixed teams, at least one man or one woman;

4 TOURNAMENT GENERAL GUIDE This is, naturally, an unofficial and friendly tournament with the main purpose of entertaining everyone and sharing the passion for Kin-Ball. We can't promise you trained referees. That will depend on the players that will come to Porto, so everyone is welcomed to offer himself to also be a referee. The format of the tournament will also be decided after knowing the number of teams. We require a minimum of five teams to organize the tournament. If, by any chance, the event is cancelled, or not confirmed, after you made the payment, the money will be returned at 100%, with absolutely no charges. We guarantee all the kind of help from the members of KC Porto. We'll pick you up at the airport and provide all the logistic support you might need during the tournament. Need a pharmacy? Call us. Need to buy a souvenir for your loved one? Call us. Find the public transports too confusing? Call us. Want a cool spot for having fun at night? Call us. We'll make your best to make you comfortable. TOURISM We'll present to you the various options for our free time during the event. Beach, museums, monuments, sightseeing tours, good food...and great wine, of course! Here's some photos
