A great deal of consideration is given in the assignment of stalls. All groups should send their entries together in the same envelope or indicate which exhibitors will be sending their entries in separately in order to avoid confusion. Please contact the show secretary if at all possible. When permanent stalls are filled no more will be available. Post entries will be stabled in available stalls as assigned by the barn manager. Each animal will be assigned to a separate permanent stall with a door. Exception: broodmares with suckling foals. Horses will be placed in the stalls assigned to the exhibitor. NO CHANGES permitted without the permission of the barn manager. Stalls will be available at noon on the Thursday immediately preceding the show and must be vacated before noon the Monday immediately following the show. GROUNDS FEE (TRAILER IN FEE)--$20.00/HORSE/DAY: Exhibitors may show from their trailers at a $20.00 grounds fee per horse per day. Note: Any exhibitor under this option found to be utilizing any stall will be charged the day stall fee. Page 13 Page 14

9 TACK ROOMS/GROOM ROOMS--$100.00: Tack rooms in the barn area have cement floors and lockable doors. Groom (ready) rooms are the same as stalls in the barn area. Because there may be a shortage of stalls/and or tack rooms the assignment of tack and ready rooms will be made using the following ratios: 1-6 horses: 1 tack room & 1 ready room / 7-9 horses: 2 tack rooms & 2 ready rooms /10 & over horses: 3 tack rooms & 3 ready rooms EARLY STALL REQUESTS: Those exhibitors planning to arrive before the Thursday date must state approximate time on their entry form or contact show manager. Early arrivals and late departures will be charged $20.00/stall per night. Unscheduled arrivals will not have bedding in their stalls. DAY STALLS--$50.00: Day stalls will be available at a rate of $50.00 per day, including one bale of straw. (If your horse requires shavings the $50.00 charge will be in effect.) Day stalls are only for one-day use and must be vacated within 1 hour of the last class of the day. Day stalls will be assigned to a single specified barn. Day stalls will not be assigned to barns with regular assigned stalls. SHAVINGS--$50.00/STALL: For those exhibitors who need to use shavings, the fairgrounds require a charge of $50.00/stall for cleanup. SHAVINGS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. You must bring your own.
