5 For Arrivals prior to show day contact Mike Kitchen Stalls will be marked with signs with the owner s name. The ring will be available for use up until it has been dragged Friday evening. Directions and Parking for Trailers, Enter Facility off California St. From I-15 north or south, exit 6th Street and go east (towards Ingalls Park and the hills). Turn right on California Ave (there is a light), and go approximately 1/2 mile. Entrance is on right. Plenty of pull through parking. Trailers can not use the Pedley entrance. Cars without trailers must park in the back lot or at the Pedley Ave. entrance Copies of the following must be submitted at the time of entry: a. The horse s registration certificate b. AHA Competition Cards or a Single Event Membership fee must be paid. (Refer to the Membership Chapter in the current AHA handbook.) USEF Amateur Card if entering ATR / AOTR designated classes. AHA MEMBERSHIP STATEMENT EACH COMPETITOR (THIS INCLUDES AT LEAST ONE RECORDED OWNER AND ALL TRAINERS, DRIVERS, RIDERS, HALTER HANDLERS, COACHES AND THE PERSON(S) SIGNING THE ENTRY BLANK) IN AN ARABIAN HORSE ASSOCIATION RECOGNIZED ARABIAN DIVISION, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY INTO A COMPETITION, MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF A VALID AHA MEMBERSHIP/COMPETITION CARD, JOIN AHA OR PAY AN AHA SINGLE EVENT MEMBERSHIP FEE PER COMPET- ITOR. WHEN AN AGENT SIGNS FOR THE OWNER AT AN AHA RECOGNIZED COMPETITION, BOTH THE OWNER AND AGENT MUST BE MEMBERS OF AHA OR PAY THE AHA SINGLE EVENT MEMBERSHIP. SINGLE EVENT MEMBERSHIP IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT AHA REGIONAL OR NATIONAL COMPETITIONS. EXHIBITORS IN WALK-TROT CLASSES ARE EXEMPT FROM AHA MEMBERSHIP RE- QUIREMENTS AT QUALIFYING COMPETITIONS, BUT MUST HAVE AN AHA MEMBERSHIP WITH COMPETITION CARD AT AHA RE- GIONAL AND NATIONAL COMPETITIONS. EXHIBITORS IN LEAD LINE CLASSES OR PARENTS/GUARDIANS SIGNING FOR MINORS ARE EXEMPT FROM AHA MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS (BOD 5/12) RULES, VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES (BOD 8/02) 1. Membership, registration and other rule violations will subject the violator to be disqualified. AHA membership and qualifications are required for Regional and National Championship classes. 2. All classes are to be conducted in accordance with the rules of AHA. Judging, class specifications, rules and conduct shall be in accordance with the current USEF/EC Rulebook. 3. In the event of any rule violation which necessitates a disqualification of any entry, Show Management will make the necessary corrections and submit the results to the AHA office. a. All decisions made by the Judge and/or Show Management are deemed final and cannot be protested. Post entries will only be accepted if time permits in the schedule. 6 Refunds: Refund of entry class fee, AHA 9-90 and Results fee will be refunded upon receipt of a Vet certificate to the show secretary by the end of the show. Grounds fee and stall fee will only be refunded if the entry was not on the grounds. Office fee is non-refundable. AHA Fees apply to Arabian and Half Arabian classes only not for Open Breed Classes AHA Single Event Member Fee AHA fee required for any rider, owner, coaches or trainer that does not hold an AHA Competition Card entering AHA 9-90 Fee required by AHA for Res 9-90 Judges and Stewards Commission AHA Results Fee required by AHA for recording the results for each horse Returned Check fee of $30 will be charged for any returned funds.
