I agree that if any injury occurs to me, my attendants, my horse or my equipment, I will make no claim against the NFHR, the local sponsoring group, or any of the Officers, Directors, Officials or Trustees of either. Further, I will hold them harmless from any liability claims, suits or damages of whatever kind that may be occasioned by the horse owned by me or the person in charge of such horse and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless these organizations and individual agents of any and all liability, claims, suits and expenses including any attorney fees incurred arising out of any injury to any person or damage to property caused by me, my horse, equipment, or attendants. I give my permission for the evaluation results, photographs and/or videos of my horse to be published by the NFHR. Horses being evaluated are required to be DNA typed & micro chipped for positive identification. If your horse is not DNA typed or micro chipped then please order on the next page. No micro chipping or DNA typing will be done at the Evaluation site. 2 Stabling: $20 per night per horse/tack stall and pre-ordered shaving will be available at $7 per bag. An $8 per horse stall departure stripping and cleaning fee required. Box 157 Ford, WA, NFHR Evaluation 2010 Herndon, VA When: August 21, Conformation tests will start August 21 st at 8:00am following a question and answer session at 7:30am. Tentative schedule: Young stock will be first, followed by geldings, stallions and then mares. Performance tests will start as soon as the conformation tests are completed. A FINAL SCHEDULE and EXHIBITORS PACKET will be ed to all participants after entries close. A copy of this handbook can be downloaded from the NFHR website at (Click on Evaluation Program) or ordered from NFHR, 1203 Appian Dr, Webster, NY, , (585) All Fjords must be NFHR or CFHA registered, DNA tested, micro-chipped and have a negative Coggins report. The owner must be a member in good standing with the NFHR or CFHA. A completed entry form and appropriate fees must be sent to the NFHR prior to the deadline stated on the entry form.

4 Stall Information: There are 120 NEW matted stalls at Frying Pan Park. $20/ night; no bedding included. Shavings are available to purchase at $7 per bag AND MUST BE PRE-ORDERED. Herndon is a suburban area and the closest feed store is at least 15 miles away. A cleaning fee of $8 per stall is required. You do not have to strip your stall at departure. We will attempt to assign stalls so that those with multiple horses are all together. Tack Stalls will available $20.00 per night. No additional charge for horses trailered in for the day. Wash racks are located at the facility. NO camping is permitted (no hook ups). A food vendor will be on the premises and there are many good restaurants nearby. Check-in and schooling: Participants may arrive after 1 pm on Friday, August 20. Participants traveling long distances may make arrangements for arriving and stabling a day or two before Friday at $20.00/night per stall. Inspection: For horses arriving on Friday, we ask that each horse be measured and microchip tested Friday evening between 5pm and 8pm. All other horses must be measured and microchip inspected prior to their conformation or performance tests (whichever you do first). HOTEL INFORMATION Numerous motels are located within 2 or 3 miles of Frying Pan Park. We recommend the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport Hotel, 2200 Centreville Road, Herndon, VA 20170, (571) , This is a full service hotel with an indoor swimming pool, restaurant and free wireless internet. It is a little more than a mile from the Park and near shops, restaurants and movie theatres. These plans are subject to change. Weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances may require a change in schedule, but we will be in communication with all participants.
