3 LOCAL RULES & FEES Refunds: Will be given only upon receipt of a veterinarian certificate for the Event. No refunds on stall fees. No refund for missed classes. It shall be the exhibitor s responsibility to watch the progression of the show. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds shall incur a $35.00 return check fee. Ring Procedure: The management shall expect all exhibitors to have familiarized themselves with the official rule book of the ASPC/AMHR. Any horse that becomes a threat to an exhibitor, audience, or other animal may be asked to be removed from the show grounds or arena. Two minute gate rule. Once the class is called, the gate steward will begin timing for all entries to enter. Changing Classes: Exhibitors must fill out a Class Change Form which must be done before or after show or during breaks. Payment or arrangement for payment done at this time. Gate Holds: Gate holds must be given to the gate steward 4 classes in advance and in writing. Gate holds will be for a maximum of 2 minutes. And, 5 minutes for harness changes. Amateur/Youth Classes: You must possess a current year Amateur card to show in Amateur Classes and a Youth Card to show in Youth Classes. Amateur Cards & Youth Cards may be purchased at the show. Lunch/Breaks: Will be left to the discretion of the Judges. However, we will not break until a division is complete. If we are on a yearling mare class, lunch will not be held until after the Grand Championship Class, etc. Back Numbers: Will not be issued until entries are paid in full. Post Entries: Will be accepted Facilities: Indoor arena and stall UNDER one roof, two sets of wash racks on concrete are available for Exhibitor use. Please bring your own hose. Please do not wash in aisles, roadway or other areas. Stalls: $45.00/Event or $16.00/per day. Shavings included. Maximum 2 horses per stall. Horse must be stalled or confined to trailer. Horses may not be tied to trailers. Fans are recommended. Stalls will be assigned. No refund on stall fees. R.V. Parking & Camping: $12.00 Day with power or $8.00 per Day without power. Restrooms and showers are on the fairgrounds. Entries: One horse per entry form. You may mail entry forms with payment to: Or we offer online Event entry at https://rmspmhc.com All entries must be paid in full before back number will be issued. Any Entry or Class mailed will constitute an official entry and payment must be made. Condition of Entry: Open only to horses registered with the American Shetland Pony Club/American Miniature Horse Registry. Copies of registration papers MUST accompany entry and be up to date. Must submit a copy of the front & back of registration certificate. Entries close on and must be postmarked by May 5, Hard shipping measurements and inspection will be available: Saturday May 13 (6pm 8pm) Sunday May 14 (6am 7:45am) RMSPMHC AMHA Show Veterinarian and Farrier: will be on-call.
