Entries may be submitted without payment, however payment must be made the day of the show in full. Starting Time: 10:00 a.m. Youth Classes: $15.00 Amateur & Adult PMC Classes: $20.00 Open Classes: $25.00 Youth/Amateur Flat Fee Per Horse: $ (pre-entry only-one horse/one exhibitor, excludes Stake Classes) Arrival Time: No Arrivals Before 7:00 a.m. on 4/16/11 Without Prior Notification If you need stalls you must make private arrangements with Abby or Duane Conder. (limited, first come/first serve) All participating horses must be AMHR registered. All horses must be measured by the AMHR steward or present a measurement slip documenting measurement by an official AMHR steward within the last 60 days or a permanent measurement card for miniatures 3 years & older showing one measurement in year Valid AMHR registration, coggins (current within 1 year), health certificate within 30 days on out of state horses, and valid youth and/or amateur membership cards must be provided. 2 General Rules and Information: This show is accredited and conducted under the 2011 rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse Registry. All horses must be registered with the American Miniature Horse Registry. This show is double judged. Points and awards will be awarded by each judge. Ribbons will be awarded to 1st - 6th place. Championship ribbons will be awarded in Junior/Senior Champions, Grand Champions, and Champion of Champions. Welcome to the first OBMHC Show of the 2011 Season! Arena: Indoor arena - show runs rain or shine! A porta-potty is available. Food Stand: Smoking: Dogs: A concession stand will be in operation during the show. No smoking will be allowed in the barns, in the arena or in the horse show office. Dogs must be leashed or confined and vaccination records must be available for inspection. From the North or South take I-75 to EXIT 341 Belleview/Dunnellon, Go to CR 484 E, turn right onto SE 47 th Ave., turn left onto SE 140 th St. Farm on the left. Challenged Exhibitors: Challenged exhibitors are welcome to show. We would appreciate advance notice so appropriate arrangements can be made, if necessary. Please contact the show manager. Measurement: All horses must be measured before entering the show ring. Horses will be measured in accordance with AMHR rules beginning on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Paperwork Copies of current/valid AMHR/ASPC registration papers must be included with entries. Each horse should have a current coggins. Requirements: Out-of-state horses should bring original negative coggins report (within one year) and health within 30\days. Youth Classes: All youth must have an AMHR Youth number to be considered for National awards or titles. Youth card applications are available at the Horse Show Office. Youth membership fee is free but must be reapplied for annually.

3 Amateur An AMHR Amateur Card is required to participate in Amateur classes. Amateur cards are $10.00 if applied for at the show. Exhibitors must be a member of AMHR and produce a membership card in order to apply for an amateur card. Applications are available at the Horse Show Office. Liability Stmt: The Orange Blossom Miniature Horse Club, its officers, officials and employees as well as Abby and Duane Conder will not be responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to an exhibitor, spectator, guest, driver, groom, attendant or other employee, animal or equipment at this show. THIS SHALL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY to this show or show grounds. Show Policy: Evidence of any cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment to a horse, in or out of the ring, will not be tolerated by the Show Management and shall result in disqualification of the horse and that exhibitor for the balance of the show. The offender will be barred from the show area for the duration of the show. The results shall be the forfeiture of all trophies, ribbons, awards, and points for that show. The show manager will notify ASPC/AMHR of any such disqualification when the show results are reported. Pre-Entries: Pre-Entries must be postmarked by March 30, Entry Fees: $25.00 per Open Class; $20.00 per Amateur/Adult PMC Class; $15.00 per Youth Class; $40.00 per Stake Class; Amateur/Youth Flat Fee Per Horse: $ (pre-entry only-one horse/one exhibitor, excludes Stake Classes) Post-Entries: Post-Entries will be accepted up to four classes preceding the class to be entered. Post-Entry Fees: Additional $5.00 per class. Refunds: No refunds will be given on any entries or fees.
