7 APHA SPECIAL EVENT Date of Show: Location: This form must be completed, indicating which classes are to be offered at the special event and submitted with the show approval application. Please mark categories (maximum of 2) and classes within each category you will hold at your special event. Maximum events: A maximum of 2 categories as defined by Rule SC-050.A.3, SC-325.K.2, AM-030.A or YP-025.A (see below). Classes can be offered in each division or all divisions (open, solid paint-bred, amateur, novice amateur, amateur walk-trot, youth, novice youth, etc.) within a category. Category I Halter Category VI Color Class Pleasure Driving Category II Category VII Hunt Seat Equitation Cow Pony Race Showmanship Western Horsemanship Goat Tying Hunt Seat Equitation Over Fences Category III (NRHA) Utility Driving Category VIII Yearling Longe Line Yearling & 2-Yr-Old Longe Line (Zone 12 Only) Yearling In-Hand Yearling & 2-Yr-Old In-Hand (Zone 12 Only) Category IV Category IX Working Ranch Horse. Competition Category X Cowboy Mounted Shooting (CMSA) Category V (NCHA) Breakaway Roping *Category IX Dressage (USEF & USDF) *All divisions (open, amateur, novice amateur, youth, novice youth) in both the Regular Registry and the Solid Paint-Bred may be offered.
