1 COLOSSUS BET (FOOTBALL JACKPOT). Colossus Bets offers pool betting games which require you to select the outcome (both exact scores and 1X2) of an event. Amounts staked will be placed into Colossus Bets pools and winners will share the relevant pool proceeds. Colossus Bets offers minimum guaranteed prizes on all pools which ensure that winners have the chance to win a significant payout whatever the total amounts staked. Colossus Bets offers more than just pool betting games. At certain times during a pool (for example, after one of the selected matches has finished), you may be offered the chance to 'Cash Out' any 'live' tickets (in full or in part) by selling them back to Colossus Bets through a unique Cash Out process. When you Cash Out, you will be paid the Cash Out value and you will bank this regardless of what happens in the remaining legs of the bet. If you Cash Out a part of your ticket, you will bank the Cashed Out value for that part of the ticket you chose not to Cash Out, you still have a chance to win a corresponding share of the prize funds for the pool if your ticket is successful in the remaining legs. HOW TO PLACE BET. As a customer on the Nairabet platform these are the steps to place Colossus bets (football Jackpots). STEP 1: Log in and click on Football Jackpots which is circled in red as seen in the diagram below. STEP 2: Please click on the Pools option.

2 STEP 3: The diagram below is what would be displayed on the screen. Up next circled in red displays the upcoming games under football jackpots and displays the hours in which the game will commence. Customers can now select any of the options to bet on. For example if you select, Pick 4 Correct Score

3 Looking at the diagram above, we can see that a single score line has been predicted on the ticket which is indicated on the diagram above as number of lines 1 and the stake is #20. You can then decide to click on play now to submit the ticket. Here you have decided to successfully place bets on a single line. However, customers are allowed to select multiple lines on a ticket and would be charged based combinations involving the number of lines selected as seen in the diagram below.

4 Please note that customer can select the correct scores from the options available or choose other result for the home team to win, the away team to win or the events ending in a draw. Please note that the acronyms AOH, AOD and AOA stand for Any Other Home, Any Other Draw and Any Other Away respectively. To remove the need for players to have to pick unlikely scores, these scores have been grouped together into Any Other brackets. Any Other Home covers the home team winning by any score other than the ones specifically listed (for example, 4-0, 4-1, 5-3 etc); Any Other Away covers the away team winning by any score other than the ones listed (for example, 0-4, 1-4, 3-5 etc) and Any Other Draw covers draws other than 0-0 and 1-1 (for example, 2-2, 3-3 etc). Market types Pick 15 (1X2) Pick 15 involves placing bets on the possible outcome of each of the 15 events in the pool. Pick 7 (1X2) Pick 7 (1X2) involves placing bets on the possible outcome of each of the 7 events in the pool.

5 Pick 6 (1X2) Pick 6 involves placing bets on the possible outcome of each of the 6 events in the pool. Pick 5 (1X2) Pick 5 involves placing bets on the possible outcome of each of the 5 events in the pool. Pick 4 (1X2) Pick 4 involves placing bets on the possible outcome of each of the 4 events in the pool. Market type: Pick 15 (1X2), pick 7 (1X2), pick 6 (1X2), pick 5 (1X2) and pick 4 (1X2) meaning customers can place bet on either the home team to win(1), the event to ends in a draw(x) or the away team to win(2). 6 Please also note that there can also be correct score for pick 7, pick 6, pick 5 and pick 4. Here customers would be required to place their bets on the correct score of the events or any other results asides those listed under the home team, draw and away team (AOH, AOD and AOA). Pick 4 Correct score. FAQ What does pool unit mean? It signifies the total number of players that placed bet in that particular pool and winners will share the relevant pool proceeds. See diagram above. What happens if nobody wins a pool? If any pool is not won, then the stakes held in that pool will be brought forward into the next game (and so on indefinitely). Amount that is brought forward is known as 'rollovers'. Where possible, rollovers will carry forward to the next equivalent series of matches. For example, a rollover on a Premier League pool will generally be carried over onto the next series of Premier League matches. What does the Guarantee mean? To ensure that a significant prize is always on offer to Players regardless of the amount collected by way of stakes, guaranteed prize funds are offered. A guarantee ensures a minimum amount that will be available to winners of that pool regardless of the amounts staked. Note that the guarantee is just the

7 minimum amount that will be paid out to winners and if stakes bet into the pool (after deductions) exceed the guarantee, then the amount available to be won will be greater than the guarantee. When can I bet? You can bet at any time after a pool is loaded on NairaBET website up until the scheduled kick-off of the first match in the pool. What is 'Cash-Out'? At certain times, Colossus Bets will make an offer to buy any tickets from you which contain at least one potentially winning line (a live ticket). This will typically happen after the conclusion of one of the matches in a pool and before the start of the next match as well as at half-times. If you choose to Cash Out some of your live ticket then you will receive the offered amount for that proportion of your bet and you will keep that amount regardless of the eventual outcome of your bet. However, if the bet wins, you will no longer be entitled to the winnings for the proportion of the bet that you cashed out. For example, assume that you managed to correctly predict the correct scores in the first four matches in a Pick 6 pool and you receive a Cash Out offer of #50,000 for your live ticket. If you accept this offer, then #50,000 will be credited to your NairaBET account but you will no longer be entitled to any winnings from the ticket should it eventually wins nor will you be entitled to participate in any Bonus leg. However, you can choose to sell a part of the ticket instead. For example, if you sell 50% of this ticket, #25,000 will be credited to your account and will retain 50% of the rights to any winnings from the ticket when the pool is concluded. Of course, you can always choose not to Cash Out any of your ticket in which case you will still be entitled to any winnings due in full from the ticket.

8 When can I cash out? You will be able to Cash Out your bet between the end of one match in a pool and the start of the next one. You may also be offered a Cash Out opportunity at half time in selected matches. How much can I stake per line? Each game will have a default stake per line, usually #200. The default stake is also known as the Unit Stake. The default/unit stake for a game is auto displayed the 'Stake' box at the top of each coupon. You can however play with a lower or fractional stake per line, all the way down to #20. When you use a lower stake per line than the unit stake, the prizes you are playing for change by the same ratio. For example, if you used #50 per line stake in the #10,000,000 Colossus bets, then as #50 is a quarter of the #200 default unit stake, the maximum prize you could win is #2,500,000. What do the colours in the selections on my Tickets page mean? The selections in a ticket may be unshaded or coloured green or red. - An unshaded selection is one which is unresolved (for example the relevant match has not yet begun, or is in-play).

9 - Green means a win selection (for example a correct score prediction or a correct Home/Draw/Away prediction in a 1x2 pool). - Red means a loss selection. What is Smart Pick? If you want some help in making your selections, the Smart Pick option will generate a suggested ticket for you. Smart Pick selections are chosen randomly from amongst the more likely outcomes in other words Smart Pick will not choose a series of very unlikely results for you. To use the Smart Pick option, click on the dice icon at the top left hand side of the betting coupon and decide what you wish to spend from the drop down menu. If you are happy with the suggested ticket which is presented to you, click on the Proceed button to place your bet. If you are not happy with the suggested ticket presented to you by Smart Pick, you can clear the selections from the betting coupon by clicking on the clear icon at the top of the coupon, or you can alter the selections which have been presented to you by clicking on them individually, before placing your bet. How can I track the progress of my bet(s)? Please click on Football Jackpot on NairaBET website, clicking the Tickets tab near the Pool tab will take you to a page showing all your tickets into the currently running or soon to run pools, as well as a history of your tickets from older pools. All pools that are running have a Pool History (showing the number of tickets left at various stages, as goals are scored and results confirmed) and a Unit Distribution table. The Unit Distribution table displays the distribution of all live tickets amongst the selections in each remaining legs of the pool.

10 How much will I win if I get all the results correct on my ticket? The amount you could win if you correctly predict the result of each leg in a pool depends on the size of the prize pools and the number of other players that have selected the same result(s). Worked Example: Your ticket is live into the final leg of a Pick 4 correct score pool, which has a Jackpot of #600,000. You have selected 2-0 in the final leg and have played for a #200 full unit per line. The Unit Distribution table shows that there are 5 tickets remaining that have selected 2-0. The amount you will win if the result is 2-0 is the total Jackpot divided by the number of winning tickets (600,000/5) = #120,000 Prior to the final leg, it is only possible to work out an approximate value for your potential win. This is because although the Unit Distribution table shows all live tickets, before the result of the penultimate leg is confirmed; it is not possible to know specifically how many tickets will be live on each selection in the final leg. What are the Consolation pools and Bonus pools? Certain pools offer a series of Consolation prize funds. For example in the #1,000,000,000 'Colossus', there is a Consolation prize fund which will be shared by players who have a line with six correct scores out of seven and a separate Consolation fund for players who get five correct out of seven. Consolation

11 prize funds are advertised in the header for relevant pools. Some pools also include a Bonus prize fund and again this is advertised in the header for relevant pools. For example, in the #1,000,000,000 Colossus, players who win the Jackpot pool (and who have not Cashed Out the winning ticket in full) get a free pick to win up to #500,000,000, in addition to any Jackpot prize winnings. To win the Bonus leg in any of our soccer pools, Jackpot winning players have to predict the correct score in the Bonus leg match the following week.
