FARMER D'EOLE - Career debutant that looks rather ordinary on paper and unlikely to shake things up 2. FULL DU LANGIS - Looked very modest on debut in the race of reference and must show marked improvement 3. FROUFROU D'AMOUR - Has shown some aptitude but sanctioned in last two. Barrier in the saddle this time and will be one to note 4. FERMO - Kicked his career off decently before being sanctioned under harness next time. Benefits from a top jockey on this occasion and can make amends 5. FLOCON DE NOEL - Complicated colt that has finished just one of seven to

2 date and must get his house in order 6. FIRST D'ARRY - Pleased on debut when fourth in the race of reference. Will have come on for the run and should finish close 7. FRANCKY D'OUDON - Has ability but sanctioned in both starts at the venue. Takes to the outer course for the first time and should redeem himself 8. FIRST JULINO - Pleased in his first two before being disqualified early last time. With application though should not be far off the mark 9. FLAMBOYANT JIEL - Made a solid start in the discipline two weeks ago and should be able to play a more important role this time 10. FLORAY VEDAQUAIS - Showed hints of promise but yet to find his feet in this code and others preferred (9) FLAMBOYANT JIEL left a good impression on his ridden debut on the inner track two weeks ago and on this occasion looks the pick of the field. He can still expect to be opposed by (6) FIRST D'ARRY who finished a place behind him that day on career debut. The promising (8) FIRST JULINO lost his action in the race of reference but looks the sort who should appreicate the outer track. (7) FRANCKY D'OUDON may be a complicated colt but his ability is not in doubt and if applied can play a small role. 3 Race 2 1. CALL ME QUICK - Modest individual that went into her spell on a low note and little chance of troubling the judge on return 2. CARINA DU PARC - Good consistent mare that trotted third to (11) COMETE LEMAN in a G.III here early December. Comes here fresh and should generate some interest 3. CAMBRIDGE - Has shown more over shorter recently and given the opposition will have a lot to find 4. CLASSIC GLORY - In the frame in two of her last three. Can pick up a stake if well-positioned coming into the final 200m 5. COMETE SOMOLLI - Reassured somewhat at Bordeaux late last month but still not an obvious choice 6. CAPUCINE DES NEUZY - Nothing to like on her formsheet for some time and can be disregarded 7. CATS DE LA FERME - Gave a surprisingly good performance to win over shorter here on Christmas eve but a repeat highly unlikely 8. COSTA HAUFOR - Somewhat erratic but has considerable ability. Unlucky here last time but still a minor place chance at best 9. CLEA MADRIK - Moderate sort that has failed to make the frame in last six although the Raffin-factor could play a part here 10. CALASKA DE GUEZ - Can prove a handful but hard to knock when unshod behind. Winner of three from four here this winter and a repeat of her latest effort would see her impose once again 11. COMETE LEMAN - Won a G.III over 2850m early December when unshod behind. 7th in the race of reference when shod but just front shoes on this time and must not be underestimated 12. CULTURE DU CLOSET - Good dual-purpose trotter that is confirmed under these conditions. In decent form but in this company will struggle to make the first five 13. COALINGA CITY - Enjoyed a rewarding autumn but has since lost her way and must reaffirm 14. CALIZZA BOKO - One of the most consistent horses in the field. Excellent here this winter and latest outing behind (17) CAYENNE DE HOUELLE augurs well for her chances 15. CLEF DE FA - Has just once come a cropper when barefoot. Currently in solid form and with shoes off again can go close 16. CALINE DE FLEUR - Has made good progress since the autumn. Has

4 excuses for latest two results and can be backed with confidence this time 17. CAYENNE DE HOUELLE - Delicate but otherwise seldom far from the action. Finished ahead of (15) CLEF DE FA last time and a serious prospect once more (10) CALASKA DE GUEZ has won all three races she has run this meeting when unshod behind - she trounced the opposition two weeks ago and can do so again. Bazire can nonetheless expect resistance from the in-form (15) CLEF DE FA who is very hard to fault when racing unshod all four. (17) CAYENNE DE HOUELLE did however have her measure last time they met and can also challenge for the win. (14) CALIZZA BOKO is in her element at Vincennes and will have her supporters. With a spot more luck (16) CALINE DE FLEUR can get back in the game. 5 Race 3 1. DOWNING STREET - Exceptional since her first steps on the track. A place behind (18) DORNELLA DE JANZE over course and distance three weeks ago and and should again finish close 2. DIOLIDA DE CELLAND - A total disappointment since the autumn and has nothing to offer under harness 3. DIANE DU LEVANT - Has enjoyed a very good run this winter. Is confirmed over track and trip and can get a look in 4. DIVA SEYA - Undeniably capable but disqualified in both races here recently and unlikely to generate much interest 5. DOUCE GERGAUDERIE - Went into her break on a hat-trick but unraced since August and not a realistic proposition 6. DIVA DU CAIEU - Delicate but has ample talent. Sanctioned when full of running last time and comes here fresh and with a respectable first-five chance 7. DIANE DE GESVRES - Consistently productive mare but has not been seen out for seven months and others preferred 8. DALVA DE JADE - Solid during the summer but has since lost her way and must reaffirm 9. DOLLY QUEEN - Has improved on every start this winter. Finished close to (13) DIVINE LUDOISE here recently and although in better company on this occasion will still have her chances 10. DIABLESSE DU LOGIS - Was not disgraced over shorter here early January but failed to confirm on Sunday and chances limited 11. DOLESMIE MERITE - Handy sort on a good day but too frequently sanctioned to warrant much trust 12. DIVA DU CHERISAY - Capable on a good day but has never produced the goods at Vincennes and will struggle to make her presence felt 13. DIVINE LUDOISE - Blows hot and cold but left a good impression over track and trip ten days ago and looks a player once more 14. DOUCHKA D'ORMOY - Alternates the good with the less good but disappointing here this term and can be ruled out 15. DANIKA DE COURT - Useful but not always the most threatening. Is barefoot for the first time though and must be respected 16. DUCHESSE DANICA - Has looked somewhat modest of late and appears to have too much to do 17. DEESSE CARISAIE - Reliability not her strong suit but flew up at Cordemais

6 earlier in the month and can put her speed to good use here 18. DORNELLA DE JANZE - Has a superb entry here and very effective over course and distance. Went close under similar conditions last time and could impose Following a brace of sanctions (18) DORNELLA DE JANZE more than made amends when missing out by little over course and distance three weeks ago and on good behaviour can go one better this time. She was followed in that day by the consistently rewarding (1) DOWNING STREET who should again play an important role but who may first have to see off (13) DIVINE LUDOISE who was eyecatching here ten days ago. (17) DEESSE CARISAIE steamed up at Cordemais last time and in similar form will be no pushover. With application (6) DIVA DU CAIEU could get a look in. 7 Race 4 1. EXCEL DE FOURCADE - Untried colt from a respectable yard. Qualified honestly but still not an obvious choice 2. EDISON LA MESANGE - Sanctioned in six of nine to date. Has no references over the outer course and poses no threat 3. ELIOT DU RIB - Promising trotter that was quickly sanctioned here recently but on good behaviour could get a look in 4. EDEN JOSSELYN - Complicated type that finished fifth to (12) ELITO DRY recently but will need to show considerably more this time 5. ELO D'ARCY - Just once out of the first five under harness. Takes a step up in class for ridden debut but one to note all the same 6. ESPOIR DU GARABIN - Decent type that finished a place behind (7) EDEN DU CORBUSIN here late December before coming fourth to (12) ELITO DRY ten days ago and should again acquit himself respectably 7. EDEN DU CORBUSIN - Missed out by little here three weeks ago on ridden debut and in similar shape could get off the mark 8. EMIR DE REBOMARD - Finished runner-up to a good sort over shorter here earlier this month when barefoot for the first time. Same shoeing formula and must be respected 9. EL LOBO - Undeniably capable but sanctioned more often than not. Gets a second chance barefoot but still not easy to trust 10. ESPACE D'ERABLE - Moderate fifth in the race of reference but goes with hind shoes off for the first time and should show a different side to himself 11. EZIOR - Pleases for the most part in the other code. Benefits from the services of a top jockey for maiden ridden outing and with hind shoes off for the occasion looks a decent prospect 12. ELITO DRY - Delicate type but has shown decent aptitude for the specialty. Imposed at Chateaubriant last time and going barefoot for the occasion will only enhance his already good prospects 13. ETAT D'URGENCE - Useful type under harness but one-paced here last month on first start under the saddle and must show improvement 14. ET MAINTENANT - Somewhat back in business after having gone through a lean patch. Beaten fourth to (8) EMIR DE REBOMARD over shorter here two weeks ago and has more to find 15. ERBY DU GITE - Has looked very ordinary recently under harness and will generate little interest on ridden debut 16. ELEVE DE LOUIS - Seldom disappoints in this branch of the business. A

8 beaten fourth here three weeks ago but could possibly make the first five again (12) ELITO DRY has come into himself in recent weeks with two wins in his last four and going barefoot for his debut at Vincennes could assure him a maiden metropolitan success. Although only fifth in the race of reference (10) ESPACE D'ERABLE has hind shoes off for the occasion and can apply the pressure. (7) EDEN DU CORBUSIN missed out by little that day and is also in with a realistic shout. (6) ESPOIR DU GARABIN has enjoyed a good run of late and should be able to get a look in. 9 Race 5 1. DOUXOR DE GUEZ - Exciting sort that won all four last year. Won a good Class D with ease last time and although Bazire has chosen stablemate (8) DESPERADO he should still give a competitive account 2. DIEGO D'UKA - Not the most reliable but has shown more of late. Finished a place behind (9) D'ARTAGNAN FRANCE in a G.III early December but unlikely to repeat this time around 3. DEFI CALENDES - Useful individual that is proven over this trip but better over shorter and in this company will need to find more 4. DUC D'OCCAGNES - Has done nothing noteworthy for a considerable period and can be ruled out 5. DEXTER DES BAUX - Capable trotter but sanctioned in last two under similar conditions and appears to have his work cut out 6. DAMOUR JIEL - Disappointing in all three since his return to competition. Has never produced the goods over 2700m and is not about to break the mould 7. DIABLO D'HERFRAIE - Unbeaten from three at Vincennes including over course and distance. Won with ease last time and although stepping up in class still looks a serious prospect 8. DESPERADO - Fine campaigner that finished a close fourth over track and trip ten days ago and with slightly different tactics could impose this time 9. D'ARTAGNAN FRANCE - Regularly in the thick of things since last summer. Good third in a G.III over 2850m here last time and after a short breather will generate more interest this time around 10. DARLINGTON PARK - Versatile type that seldom disappoints when applied. Broke stride here ten days ago but on good behaviour can pick up a small stake 11. DOLLAR SOYER - Has pleased in two of four this winter. Was not disgraced in the race of reference and will have his supporters 12. DANEHILL DANCER - Hardy sort that regularly gives his best but will need to improve on latest effort here 13. DANSEUR BAROQUE - Tough campaigner that finished out of the frame just once last year. Headed (8) DESPERADO here earlier in the month and can again play a leading role 14. DORUN BEAM - Useful type that recently made his comeback after the autumn break and will again struggle to make much of an impact

10 (7) DIABLO D'HERFRAIE is unbeaten from three at the Vincennes winter meeting and the nature of his latest score augurs particularly well for his chances. He is unlikely to have it all his own way though if Bazire can take a slightly different approach with the hardy (8) DESPERADO. The ever-consistent (13) DANSEUR BAROQUE headed him last time and will again figure prominently. (11) DOLLAR SOYER has been solid of late and should bounce back from some poor luck here ten days ago. 11 Race 6 1. EN VOITURE SIMONE - Came into the winter meeting in good shape but has failed to fire in three here and must reaffirm 2. ELITESNABE - Not the most reliable but raced better than her recent result suggests and from the 2-spot can make a big impact 3. EUREKA D'ERONVILLE - Regularly shows a lack of discipline but can play a role if she can reproduce her penultimate performance 4. ECLIPSE LIGNERIE - Can prove a handful but has considerable talent. Ideally placed in front and with application should figure prominently 5. ELEGANTE MIKA - Tricky filly returning to the harness code after disappointing under the saddle and very hard to trust 6. ELITE SAN LEANDRO - Has very good form over the shorter trips. Hind shoes off for the first time and could prove something of a spoiler 7. ESMERALDA DU JOUAN - Has made very good progress over past six weeks. Runner-up over longer here recently and can play a leading role 8. EBONA CASTELLE - Solid last summer but not as productive this term and must raise her game 9. EAU DES MALBERAUX - Useful sort that goes barefoot for the first time and although not ideally positioned should still show improvement 10. ETOILE DU LEARD - Very good prospect that was sanctioned early on Vincennes debut nine days ago but must be afforded another chance and can still impose from the second line 11. ENORA DE PIENCOURT - Blows hot and cold. Reassured at Cabourg last time but still has more to find 12. ELISEA DU DESTIN - Has shown hints of ability but unlikely to worry the opposition on Vincennes debut After three fine efforts in the provinces (10) ETOILE DU LEARD was disqualified early here last time but can still impose if Nivard can keep her mind on the game. (7) ESMERALDA DU JOUAN has a better spot in front and after a solid performance over 2850m recently she looks the principal opposition. Despite failing to place (2) ELITESNABE caught the eye here earlier in the month and is well-placed to go closer this time. (4) ECLIPSE LIGNERIE benefits from a plum spot behind the car and with application can get back down to business.

13 Race 7 1. ENVIE DE FOOT - Has looked very ordinary this winter and can be confidently disregarded 2. ETINCELLE DELO - Sanctioned more often than not but no doubts about her form. Goes barefoot for the first time under harness and with application should figure prominently 3. ELSA DES CHARENTES - Has come into herself of late with two wins in her last three. Barefoot for the first time and well-positioned in front. One to note 4. ELOISE DES CHARMES - Just once out of the first five to date. Drops marginally in category and from the 4-spot looks a serious prospect 5. EBENE DU LOGIS - Has struggled to leave her mark this winter but is unshod behind with Nivard in the sulky and should make progress 6. ELZA DE SOUVIGNE - Has shown significantly better aptitude for the ridden code and can be passed over 7. EZRA DE LIGNY - Left a very good impression on her recent debut on the long course but stays shod and more a minor place prospect this time 8. ESCAPADE - Complicated filly but has nothing to prove in this class and although drawn wide she can win this if she can keep her action together 9. ETINCELLE SUN - Can prove a handful but finished ahead of (4) ELOISE DES CHARMES earlier in the month. Has drawn No.9 but still looks a player 10. ECLIPSE DU NOYER - Handy filly but has not been seen out since late September and will have little to offer 11. ESSENCE BLEUE - Useful type at the provincial tracks and although racing unshod behind still faces a stiff test 12. ENARA DE TRIOU - Has acquitted herself well in the provinces so far but takes a big hike in category and chances limited The well-regarded (8) ESCAPADE tends to show a lack of discipline but in order to win this would just need to keep her action together. (4) ELOISE DES CHARMES has a much better spot on the front line and has enough speed to win a race of this class. (2) ETINCELLE DELO is another filly that endures stride problems but is currently in good shape and with application will also have her chances. (9) ETINCELLE SUN showed a different side to herself last time when barefoot and in spite of the draw should still put on another good show.

15 Race 8 1. FLY WITH ME - Sold from Allaire's yard after a very modest debut last September. Unseen since and no threat 2. FINITA - Sanctioned in both starts at Vincennes. Moves to the inner track but will still have nothing to give 3. FILOU DU HOULBET - Has looked ordinary in both racecourse appearances. First start for over two months and will need the run 4. FIFTY MESNILOIS - Has done nothing noteworthy to date and can expect to remain friendless in the markets 5. FILLE A PAPA - Yet to show any particular aptitude for the game and has no realistic chance 6. FRIVOLE DES BORDES - Moderate type with a regressive profile and even at this level will have her work cut out 7. FELIX DU CHERISAY - Well beaten in both claimers to date and can expect to generate little interest 8. FELINE - Sanctioned on her only start at the venue but respectable since. Has never been tested at this distance though and appears to have her work cut out 9. FABULEUSE ADEMA - Surprise second over the outer course before finishing fifth here three weeks ago. First-five chance at best 10. FILOU DE BEAULIEU - Respectable to date. Was not the luckiest last time but with application can make amends and go close 11. FIER DES CHARRONS - Runner-up in two of his three starts at this level and latterly to (12) FAUVETTE MADRIK. Unlikely to repeat this time but can still finish in the mix 12. FAUVETTE MADRIK - Can prove a handful but won at this level on the inner track late last month and if applied can repeat 13. FELIX DU BOURG - Has demonstrated good consistency of late. Trotted third to (12) FAUVETTE MADRIK in the race of reference and will again have his chances 14. FLEO LILA - Has placed just once from nine but drops significantly in class which should work to his advantage (12) FAUVETTE MADRIK won her only start at this level with ease just three weeks ago and should double her money if she can maintain stride. (13) FELIX DU BOURG appears to have found his niche in the claiming division and can

16 improve on his third place to the favourite that day. (10) FILOU DE BEAULIEU caught the eye despite losing her action in the race of reference and can make the frame this time. (14) FLEO LILA takes a big dip in category and should prove more competitive on this occasion. Selections (12) FAUVETTE MADRIK - (13) FELIX DU BOURG - (10) FILOU DE BEAULIEU - (14) FLEO LILA

17 Race 9 1. DOROTHEE - Distant fifth in the race of reference and once again unlikely to worry the opposition 2. DALLINA DE FEU - Moderate sort that encouraged in her last two in the code but still has a lot more to find 3. DIANA DU PONT - Has failed to make the frame since mid-summer and even with Lebourgeois on board will have her work cut out 4. DESIGN GIRL - Delicate type that can trot when applied but still faces a stiff test 5. DIANE GOBIERES - Modest type in this code. Lacklustre fifth over course and distance last month and unlikely to influence the result 6. DANIKA DES CAVES - Consistently gives everything she has and in current form looks an interesting prospect on ridden debut 7. DYNAMITE DU FOSSE - Sanctioned on ridden debut before finishing a lucky fourth next time and will need to raise her game 8. DAGGERA DE JELMA - Sanctioned on her only appearance under the saddle. Currently in form though and with Raffin on her back must be afforded respect 9. DYNAMITE DU FAN - Has looked a different horse since switching codes. Fourth behind (11) DEAUVILLA last time and should again acquit herself competitively 10. DIABOLIC QUEEN - Can prove a handful but not devoid of ability. Pleased despite her fault in the race of reference and if applied could well impose 11. DEAUVILLA - Delicate sort but has ample talent. Finished runner-up over longer here late December and on good behaviour will again have her chances 12. DYNAMITE MARCEAUX - Has taken well to her new vocation with two wins from three. Lost her stride here last month when sent off favourite but on good behaviour can redeem herself (10) DIABOLIC QUEEN has ample ability at this level of competition and although sanctioned in last two ridden outings could still win this if applied. (12) DYNAMITE MARCEAUX's sanction late last month denied her a double but with stride in check should play a leading role. (11) DEAUVILLA finished runner-up that day and while possibly better over longer can still make a big impact. (8) DAGGERA DE JELMA is unshod behind with Raffin on her back for ridden debut and can play an important part.

EMBELLIE - Comes in on the back of two victories in claimers over fences. Cannot be ruled out 2. GOJI - Lightly-raced but definitely one with talent. Off since 31 October 3. MODELISTE - Obviously better than last start suggests and expected to make amends 4. MEMORIAL SILVER - Three poor runs over obstacles thus far including two over hurdles. Best to watch 5. MUTHALIA - Has done nothing of note in two starts over hurdles thus far. Best to pass over 6. MISS BROSSE - Two modest runs over hurdles in March last year. Not a realistic proposition 7. JOCRACK A LA MOTTE - Made promising debut here at the start of December and should be monitored 8. ALPHA JOA - Smart filly on the flat. Top-jockey booked for debut over hurdles. One to watch (3) MODELISTE's last run is best to be forgotten. She previously displayed a solid effort over course and distance and is taken to open her account today. Danger could emerge from (2) GOJI who is well spoken on return to action. Both (7) JOCRACK A LA MOTTE and (8) ALPHA JOA are interesting contenders and should be respected too. 21 Race 2 1. BRISE DE KERSER - Course winner. Can run well fresh and is one to watch closely 2. OCEAN AUSTRAL - Has failed to make the frame over fences since September Hard to see him win 3. VENUS DE THAIX - Smart mare in cros-country chases. Won well over track and trip last time and expected to confirm 4. ALLEU - Well held on debut race in this discipline last month. Will come on for the race. Can place 5. LE LESCARIEN - Modest recent form and unlikely to trouble the judge 6. BONNE PASSE - Hasn't done anything of note for quite a while and looks hard to consider 7. LOUPIA - Well beaten in last two starts at the venue and needs to make vast improvement (1) BRISE DE KERSER is by far the best on class alone in this modest field. She has run well fresh in the past and looks hard to oppose. (3) VENUS DE THAIX beat a decent bunch of horses when scoring over track and trip on 9 December. She should be respected too. 22 Race 3 1. BORDER CITY - Good last two runs here but drops in distance today. Remains a solid winning prospect 2. CERTALDO - Very consistent sort in this division. First run on fibresand today 3. VAL DE LA GESSE - Won two small races on turf last year but has a bit to prove on today's surface 4. FOREST GUM - Pulled-up on debut race at Tarbes in April last year. Best to watch 5. EL GLORIOSO - Won first time out in Spain last year. Has done nothing of note since then 6. EWEN DE LA FARGE - Unplaced at 85/1 on debut race at Toulouse last December. Major improvement required 7. MARTAWAN - Never a factor on debut at Toulouse last month. Top-jockey booked though 8. STAR DEL RAIS - Newcomers from this yard usually need the race so best to watch (1) BORDER CITY faces a task that looks well within his range and gets the vote despite the drop in distance. He won at Toulouse over 2100m last April and should be right up there at the finish. (2) CERTALDO is a smart horse on turf and must be closely monitored on debut over today's surface. EL PALOMBAR - Has not shown anything of note in five starts to date and unlikely to shake things up 3. LE PROFESSEUR - Well beaten in claimers last two times out. Tries the trip. Others preferred 4.
