Proxy fee $40 one day, or $60 for both. $20 additional for full tables, judges get priority at no extra charge, first come first serve. Online registration is open. 2 Eligibility NEW! (Please Read This Section Carefully) The Maiden show is open to any horse who has never earned a RX card (current or expired) in the division in which the horse is being shown. The purpose being to allow newly purchased horses to show. The first and second place winners are then eligible to show in corresponding champion classes. Any entry with a Region X Qualifier Ticket from 2014, 2015, and 2016 is eligible to enter the corresponding Stakes class. Limits Maiden Performance: 2 horses per entrant per class Maiden Halter: 2 horses per entrant per class with one additional allowed for $1 buy-in Champion Classes: No limit, but must be qualified (but please be reasonable and considerate) NAMHSA General Info This show is not a NAMHSA qualifying show. Why? Because qualifying shows are required to be open to all entrants. The nature of the Maiden and Stakes shows restricts entries as described above in the Eligibility section You will need to provide your own leg tags. This show uses the Region X tag system. If you don't have a Region X Exhibitor Number yet, then you can request one at You must create a list of your horses by accessing the Tag Manager on You can print out both horse lists and leg tags. TRXC entrants must print and turn in a horse list for the models they are showing, complete with correct Region X horse numbers, prior to the start of the show. Results Classes Full results will be posted at All halter classes are double-judged for breed AND collectability or workmanship. Multiple tables will be used to save time. Several divisions will be running concurrently. As one class is being judged, the next will be setting up. In Performance Divisions, a timer will be used and 10 minutes will be allowed between classes for tack changes, etc. Performance classes will NOT be held for tack changes or prop set up beyond this 10 minute allowance, and Halter classes will not be held for entrants slow in getting their models to or from show ring. This is, as always, a very full class list, so please plan accordingly! Classes may be split or combined if the number of entries warrant. If there are too few entries in any particular class, the judges and show holders reserve the option to combine similar classes in order to warrant appropriate levels of competition and NAN qualification.

3 Food Lunch will be available at the show hall for an additional fee each day. Pizza Party We will be having pizza on Saturday evening after the show. The cost is $10 per person. If you would like to participate, please mark the box on the online entry form. Rules Raffle No radios, pets, or smoking will be allowed in the show hall. Bad sportsmanship and poor conduct will not be tolerated, and may be cause for dismissal from the show hall. The decision of all judges is final. If you have questions regarding your entry, please speak to the judge immediately after the class is pinned, while the judge s memory is still fresh. The show coordinator, judges, and the hall cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury to participants, their property, or their guests. We are happy to accept quality raffle donations. If you have anything you would like to donate, please tell the show coordinator when you send in your entry.
