HUBERTUS HUNTiNG TOURS THE HISTORICAL RESTAURANT We strongly recommend a meal in this historical restaurant opened in 1880 where you can taste Czech and Central European specialties prepared with fresh meat, fish and vegetables from local small farms while game s meat is from wild animals hunted in the local forests. The restaurant is full of collector s items as soldier uniforms of the XIX century and paints with scenes from the Austrian-Prussian war. To follow some tasting delicatessen: - Roast duck cooked with apples, plums and honey with sauerkraut and bread-dumplings as side-dish - Roast lamb cooked with bacon with spinach and potatoes as side dish - Filet of pike cooked with butter and beet tops with grilled fresh vegetables as side-dish - Red deer steak cooked with mushrooms and green pepper - Strudel served with vanilla ice cream and hazelnuts
