1 2019 Board of Directors Election Ballot The ballot is for electing (5) nominations for the Woodbridge Kart Club Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD currently has (5) open positions. The following club members have turned in their Nomination form asking for votes of election or re-election. 2 Woodbridge Kart Club Board of Directors Nomination Form Name: Clark Gaynor Sr. Years in Karting: 56 Fifty six (56) years in kart racing. Everything from a small dirt oval to Daytona; Mac 9 through 250 Super Kart, and everything in between. Why you desire to be on the BOD of WKC: To help the club in the years ahead. I believe I ve added value to the club in years past that I was privileged to be a member of the Board of Directors. As I recall, I ve been a member of the WKC Board of Directors for the past ten years. During much of that time I was, more or less, in charge of Pre- Race Safety Tech. I currently represent the WKC as a member of the WKA National Road Race Committee. My technical skills continue to be an asset to the club. 4 Name: Bernie Lafrance Years in Karting: over 20 years My main experiance has been in four cycle situp sprint. I have raced both 100cc controlled and piston port laydown. The clubs leadership has been a model for me of an ideal organization. The philosophy of a friendly, informative yet competitive atmosphere with simple and logical rules that benefit the majority of racers needs to be maintained. Planning for the near future with an eye on the far future while keeping the clubs finances solvent is a challenge and I believe I can assist in that endeavor. Hopefully I am correct in the presumption that my past experiance and reputation has won the members trust in my ability to listen and reason for the benifit of us all.

5 Name: Scott Sanders Years in Karting: 11 years I have been an active member with the Woodbridge kart Club for the last 11 years. During this time, I have been on the Board of Directors for the last 8 years. I served as Secretary for 4 years and have been the Vice President for the last 4 years, and the current Vice President. I have assisted the club in attempting to acquire new racing venues, personnel issues, race set-up and tear-down, business meetings with various venue and race associates, and conducted club business in the absence of the President. Having served the club for the last 8 years, I have conducted club business and acted as a club representative for various functions. I have always put the club and members first for the betterment of the club and member. I would like to continue to assist the board and officers to promote our club for future venues. I am currently the Post Tech Inspector and in that capacity I am able to assist the Board and Officers in technical and rules advise and guidance.
