On behalf of the 2016 HRC Gala Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 21st Annual HRC North Carolina Gala! Take a look inside our Welcome Guide to see what the Queen City has planned for your gala weekend. Friday night will set the mood for the weekend with Takeover at the Westin. Stop in and have a drink or two...or three. A little birdie told us that the drinks will be flowing and there will be some fantastic photo opportunities! After you ve hydrated and had some breakfast Saturday morning, go for a run with Frontrunners and Get your Om on with Victoria at Flex 5. If you re looking for something a bit more relaxing, stop in and say hi to the gentlemen at Silverfly. Maybe pick up a snazzy pair of new socks or one of those trendy wooden bow ties. They have the best selection. Then stop in at Earls Grocery or Pint Central. They are both excellent choices! Sunday morning join in our Recovery Brunch at Bistro La Bon. Their up scale, sophisticated brunch is a Queen City must! They are generously donating a portion of our brunch and specialty drink sales to the HRC...mimosas anyone...or maybe you re in the mood for a bloody mary. They will have plenty of both...and more! Don t forget that Briabelle Michaels photography will be available all weekend and will be offering mini sessions at a reduced rate! You ll also see her snappy your photo at the main event. 13 HRC Fun Run and Breakfast Saturday, 20 February 2016 at 9:00 AM The Charlotte Front Runners will once again be hosting the annual HRC Fun Run on the morning of the HRC North Carolina Gala. The 4 mile will be a non-competitive run. It will not be timed and there is no fee to participate.
