1 Warm-Up Skirmish April 20th - 22nd, 2012 Fort Miller/Springtown Rod & Gun Club FORGET THE COLD AND SNOW, ARE YOU READY FOR SOME SKIRMISHING?? Your team is invited to the Middle-Atlantic / 56th PVI Warm-Up Skirmish which will be held at Fort Miller, located at the Springtown Rod and Gun Club, Route 212, Springtown, PA Along with the standard N-SSA individual targets, we will be having a special novelty event on Saturday only. The price for individual targets is $1.00 and they are open for re-entry. There will be 6 Musket Events on Sunday, (4 at 50 yards, 1 at 25 yards and 1 at 100 yards) so bring plenty of ammo! The gun club will be serving breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, opening at 7:00 am, and will be serving a full dinner with all the fixings on Saturday Night. Please let us know your estimated number of dinner tickets below - we will be selling tickets at the door. The list of targets and medals are attached for your review. 4 Schedule of Events Friday, April 20th: 1100 hrs Range open for individual shooting 1700 hrs Range closed for the day Saturday, April 21st: 0900 hrs Range open for individual shooting 1200 hrs BB Gun Match 1330 hrs Range closes and Carbine team match set up 1345 hrs Carbine team Commander meeting 1400 hrs Carbine team match begins The Breechloader match will start shortly after the end of the Carbine match. Commander meeting will be announced prior to the match. Sunday, April 22nd: 0830 hrs Protest opens for individual match 0900 hrs Protest time for individual match ends 0930 hrs Set up for Musket match 0945 hrs Commander Musket meeting followed by opening ceremonies 1000 hrs Musket match begins Smoothbore match will follow shortly after the end of the Musket match. Commander meeting will be announced prior to the match. All individual match targets are 5 shot score. Uniforms are required for team matches except when announced. All N-SSA rules apply.
