3 SEATING By purchasing season tickets in any area of the lower bowl of the Hulman Center, your seat donation qualifies you as a member of the Sycamore Athletic Fund s Varsity Club. The Varsity Club is the annual giving program of the Sycamore Athletic Fund (SAF) that provides needed financial support for Indiana State University Intercollegiate Athletics. Varsity Club members give $125 or more annually to offset the cost of books, equipment or even tuition and help Sycamore studentathletes achieve their dreams in the classroom and in competition. Donors enjoy tiered benefits that connect them with Sycamore Athletics. What can I give to for membership? Donations can be designated to Sycamore Athletics (greatest need), a specific Team Fund, Student Athlete Scholarships, or a special project for Indiana State Athletics. Based on membership level, Champions Circle members will be provided one (1) or two (2) regular and/or reserved parking passes. All season ticketholders who donate less than $1,500 annually are eligible to purchase a maximum of two(2) Indiana State Basketball parking permits. Season parking passes are available for $25.00 each and grant access to either Lot A22, Lot C, Lot D, Lot H or the 8th & Cherry Garage. There are no guarantees as to location, and all lots are assigned according to Priority Point totals as of October 1, Please submit all requests and payment by October 1, 2016 through one of the convenient methods: Mail the parking form with your season ticket renewal to the Hulman Center, or to the Sycamore Athletic Fund at 30 North Fifth Street, Terre Haute, IN Complete the online registration form at GoSycamores.com. Donors accumulate points in a number of ways including gifts, giftsinkind, athletic sponsorships, longevity as a donor to the Sycamore Athletic Fund, and gifts to Indiana State University. Many season ticket holders find this to be a convenience, especially during the winter months and for high profile games. Why should I purchase a parking pass? Why is there a cost for the pass? The parking pass fee helps to pay for the lot management. The lots are managed by the Sycamore Athletic Fund, but are attended to individually by Indiana State students. This fee also helps ensure that lots are appropriately marked with signage and provides annual parking passes to ticketholders. The Priority Point system is used when allocating parking for home games, and seating for away games and postseason tournaments. Priority Points are awarded each year on July 1, and are based on contributions made in the prior fiscal year (July 1June 30). Points are updated on October 1, to determine parking for men s basketball, and again on February 1 to determine seating for postseason tournaments. Varsity Club members will then be ranked based upon total Priority Points. Annual Athletic Gifts/Pledges/Sponsorships Five points for every $100 in gifts, pledges and sponsorships to the Sycamore Athletic Fund. Annual Athletic GiftInKind Donations One point for every $100 in giftinkind donations to the Sycamore Athletic Fund. NonAthletic Annual Gifts/Pledges to Indiana State University One point for every $1,000 in gifts/pledges to the ISU Foundation.
