2 Dear sport friends, Welcome to the area that is called The Pearl of Brabant and the Sport Club SV Nevelo in. For the 6th consecutive year our football club is organizing tournaments for the youth. In the 1st year (2011) we started with an E-pupils tournament (U10 / U11) and a F-pupils tournament (U8 / U9), we had a total of 30 teams. In the 2nd year (2012) this was already extended to 48 teams. In the 3rd year (2013) we turned our gaze for the first time to the countries outside of our own and to the land of our southern neighbours Belgium. We had eventually more than 20% of teams from Belgium. In 2014 a D-pupils tournament (U13) was added to the tournament calendar and the number of participants rose to 60. It was 1 team from England and no less than 28 from Belgium. Last year (2015) we laid the focus for the first time on the land of our eastern neighbours. That finally resulted in 8 German teams. Along with 25 Belgian teams and 27 teams from the Netherlands giving our tournaments a strong international character. For this year we decided to further expand the tournament calendar. For the first time we are organizing a tournament for B-juniors (U17, girls) and a tournament for C-juniors (U15). In addition, the international touch, of course, tastes of more. That is why we chose to check the interest of the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavian teams. As a result, in about 2 months, besides 15 Belgian teams and 16 German teams, we also have now 6 English, 7 Irish and 5 Danish teams taking part. Together with the 23 Dutch teams we now have a total of 72 teams playing on our fields of SV Nevelo. This year we welcome again 3 German teams from FV 06 Sprendlingen. This club also took part last year. German clubs that are taking part for the first time this year are FC SW Silschede, FC/JS Hillerheide, RS Borussia Oedt 09, DJK VFL 05/09 Giesenkirchen, Sportfreunde Neuwerk 06, BV Sturm Wissel, SF Dönberg, Rumelner TV, Sportfreunde FC Delhoven 1922, Sportfreunde Uevekoven, SV Uedesheim 1928 e.v. and VFL Tönisberg/TUS St. Hubert.

3 Of the Belgian teams there are various clubs that we have had in previous years, namely, KV Bonheiden, Racing Peer, VC Moldavo, KFCO Beerschot-Wilrijk, Rochus Deurne and VC Wijnegem. We also have Belgian newcomers SK Heffen, KSV Oud-Turnhout, TK Meldert, VV Zepperen-Brustem and KFC St-Martinus Halle. The English participants are all from London. FC Real are sending 5 teams, also the club Whetstone Wanderers has 1 team signed. The Irish delegation is formed by 5 clubs. Cherry Orchard FC and Postal Aylesbury FC both come with 2 teams. The other clubs are Clontarf FC, Leixlip United AFC and Cabinteely FC. The Danish contingent is formed by 3 teams, Christiansfeld IF and Ikast FS both have entered 2 teams, Kastrup Boldklub is completing the Danish delegation. The foreign teams and the teams from Nevelo will play each other and also against teams from the surrounding places like Hedel, Goirle, Engelen, Dongen and Tilburg. We also have a team from Taxandria () and a team from Jubbega (Friesland). The teams are divided as much as possible on strength and age. In the age categories F (U8 / U9) and E (U10 / U11) there are 2 pools with 1st year players and 2 pools with 2nd year players. In the D-pupils tournament (U13) there are 2 groups with 6 teams. After playing the group matches in their tournament will finish by the playing of the semi-finals and finals. In the tournament for the B-juniors (U17, girls) and C-juniors (U15) there is 1 pool with 6 teams. The teams play only 5 group matches.

5 Tournament rules The most important element of the SV Nevelo tournaments is football fun for the competitors. With competitors we mean the players but also the coaches/trainers, the referees and hopefully a big audience. The most important rules 1. Every team is requested to be present at 9.15h. All teams will be welcomed at the entrance of our sports ground where they will receive further information. 2. During the tournament matches will start and end by means of a central whistle. 3. Please be present on the right pitch at the right time so that all matches can start on time. 4. The home playing team kicks off and plays in their own club colours. Every team is obliged to bring a reserve outfit with different colours (or possible vests). 5. The junior matches (U15 and U17) last 20 minutes. The pupils matches (U8 to U13) last 15 minutes. 6. During matches there will be no changing of sides. 7. The E- and F-pupils (U8 to U11) matches will be played with 7 against 7 players. The D-pupils and juniors (U13, U15 and U17) matches will be played with 11 against 11 players. 8. A win is worth 3 points, a draw is worth 1 point. 9. During matches players may be changed unlimitedly. 10. All matches will be refereed by SV Nevelo. In a number of cases it will be by youth players from our club. 11. By the D-pupils and the juniors (U13, U15 and U17) we request all the teams to provide a linesman.

6 12. Decisions of a referee are binding for which no protest can be lodged. Decisions from the tournament organization are also binding. 13. The juniors (U15 and U17) teams only play 5 group matches. The pupils (U8 to U13) teams play 5 group matches and 2 (semi)finals. 14. If by the juniors (U15 and U17) two or more teams end with the same number of points, the match result is decisive. When this result was a draw, the goal difference is decisive. When the goal difference is equal, the number of scored goals is decisive. When the number of goals is equal, 5 penalties will be taken by 5 different players. When the scored penalties are equal, penalties will be taken till there has been a decision. 15. If by the pupils (U8 to U13) two or more teams end with the same number of points, the match result is decisive. When this result was a draw, the goal difference is decisive. When the goal difference is equal, the number of scored goals is decisive. When the number of goals is equal, 5 penalties will be taken by 5 different players. When the scored penalties are equal, penalties will be taken till there has been a decision. 16. After the pool matches of U8 to U13 the cross-finals will be played A number 1 from group 1 will play against number 2 from group 2 B number 2 from group 1 will play against number 1 from group 2 C number 3 from group 1 will play against number 4 from group 2 D number 4 from group 1 will play against number 3 from group 2 E number 5 from group 1 will play against number 6 from group 2 F number 6 from group 1 will play against number 5 from group 2 The E- and F- pupils (U8 to U11) have the same schedule for group 3 and When a cross-final ends in a draw, 5 penalties will be taken by 5 different players. When the penalty scores are equal, penalties will be taken till there has been a decision.

U8 to U13 after the cross-finals, finals will be played Winner A will play against winner B for 1st and 2nd place, Loser A will play against loser B for 3th and 4th place, Winner C will play against winner D for 5th and 6th place, Loser C will play against loser D for 7th and 8th place, Winner E will play against winner F for 9th and 10th place, Loser E will play against loser F for 11th and 12th place. 19. When a final ends in a draw, 5 penalties will be taken by 5 different players. When the penalty scores are equal, penalties will be taken till there has been a decision. 20. SV Nevelo nor the tournament organization is responsible in any way for injuries, damages suffered and/or caused destruction to (personal) properties or possessions, or the loss there of. 21. The dressing rooms will be opened all day. We request the leadership of the participating teams to ensure that the dressing rooms remain in a good condition. 22. During the tournament graduated first aid persons will be present all day. If needed you can rely on them. 23. Balls for the warming up SV Nevelo will not provide footballs for the warming up. Paying for drinks In the canteen from SV Nevelo food and drinks can only be paid for in cash. Shin protection According to rules of the Royal Dutch Football Association it is mandatory for all players to wear prescribed shin protection during matches. Failure to comply with this obligation will cause the player to be excluded from the match by the referee.
