All buyers are required to settle their account with Gateway Auction Services Ltd. in full at the end of the auction. All sales are in Canadian Funds. Payments will be accepted by cash, valid cheque, bank draft, Interac, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Cards. Driver s license or some sort of positive identification will be required for cheques. N.S.F. or stopping payments will not be tolerated. 2. The sales management, auctioneers and employees act as agents for the seller, but assume no liability for either buyer or seller. Any representations made by the sales management are on behalf of the seller. 3. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalogue, however, owners, auctioneers and agents will assume no responsibility for errors or omissions and assume no liability as to any statements, either written or verbal, regarding any elk sold other than the information given was given in good faith. All sellers have registered their animal(s) for the sale and have provided all necessary information required on the Animal Registration Form and the CFIA TB Confirmation Form. 9. Avenger a Levi son is the first bull on our farm to break the 600" mark at only 5 yrs of age. Last year he was scored on January 19 by Les Steem and measured 607", even after having rubbed off several inches over the course of the fall and winter. In February 2017 Avenger sustained a spinal injury we think he slipped on the ice and after 10 days being unable to stand he succumbed to pneumonia. Unfortunately, he also didn't produce freezable semen and therefore his offspring are extremely limited. This heifer calf is sired by Avenger and her dam is sired by Atlas. Atlas was the nicest looking bull on our ranch with 8x8 mainframe and 60" rollback beams scoring 495" three years in a row. Atlas could add beam length and "pretty" to Avenger! A great combination.
