Period of conducting Run Ukraine Running League April October Run Ukraine Running League 2018 objectives: to create unified rating for amateur sportmen in Ukraine; to develop mass sports; to popularize and promote healthy lifestyle; to integrate Ukraine into the global marathon movement; to inform, nurture and motivate Ukrainian public, to facilitate achievement of personal athletic goals, to stimulate growth of sports achievements among the country's wide grass-root population. 3. Organizers, Patronage NGO "Run Ukraine" serves as the Race Organizer. Under the patronage of: Kyiv Athletic Federation; Dnipropetrovsk Region Athletic Federation Odesa Region Athletic Federation; Lviv Region Athletic Federation; Zaporizhzhia Region Athletic Federation; Main Department for Family, Youth and Sports (KCSA). The Organizer establishes an Organizing Committee from among its own staff, as well as engages different sport-specific specialists from different kinds of sport. 4. Basic rules for conducting Run Ukraine Running League Run Ukraine Running League includes the following running events: Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon (21 km, 5 km); Interpipe Dnipro Half Marathon (21 km, 5 km); Grand Prix Lviv Half Marathon (21 km, 5 km); Odesa Half Marathon (21 km, 5 km); Intersport Run UA (10 km, 5 km); Wizz Air Kyiv City Marathon (42 km, 21 km, 5 km); Zaporizhstal Half Marathon (21 km, 5 km). 4.2 Determining the rating: The Run Ukraine Running League rating includes courses of 5 km, 10 km, km and 42,195 km;

2 Rating is determined separately for men and women; For each participant of the competition on the specified distances of the Run Ukraine Running League 2018 points are earned for the occupied place; The final rating of the athlete is determined by the number of points scored on the basis of the seven Run Ukraine Running League 2018 events. Date of final protocol formation: November 8, How it works: All runners who were registered and took part in one of the Events at one of the distances: 5 km, 10 km, km or 42,195 km - are automatically included in the Run Ukraine Running League Please, notice! Any kinds of relay, children's races are not included in the Run Ukraine Running League rating 2018; The rating does not count results that are better than the times indicated in the table of time to overcome the distance inclusive: 5 km 10 km km km Men 18:00 34:00 1:12:00 2:42:00 Women 20:00 38:00 1:20:00 3:00:00 The rating does not include the results of elite athletes who were invited to participate in the Events by the Race Organizers (if the elite athlete showed a result worse than the one indicated in the table above, he will also be excluded from the rating of awarding points); If a participant takes part in two courses in one Event that are in the League rating, the points are awarded only in one distance with the highest score. 5. Each place starting with 16 is awarded one point lower than the rating of the previous position; Points are awarded to each athlete who has successfully overcome the course; At a course of 5 km from 769 place and below, 1 point is awarded to all athletes whose result is in the final protocol of the competition; At a course of 10 km from 1769 place and below, 1 point is awarded to all athletes whose result is in the final protocol of the competition;

Results and their calculation In the case of the same number of points among the participants in the final protocol, the winner is determined by the number of participation on courses of 42,195 km and km, and the greater number of points on the course of 42,195 km. In case if both athletes did not take part in the corse of 42,195 km, the winner will be determined on the basis of the number of points on a course of 21,195 km. In a completely identical amount of Events, places occupied on courses and equal points scored at and km, the winner is determined by random draw at the official winners award ceremony of the Run Ukraine Running League Points of one participant who has been registered with the Run Ukraine Running League 2018 from various personal accounts on the site runukraine.org are not summed up. We recommend to register for all events from one personal account. Otherwise, the organizers do not guarantee the correctness of the calculation of the athlete's points. 7. Protests and claims. Terms of filing protests and claims Claims regarding the calculation of points are taken within 10 calendar days after the publication of the protocol on the event website. Claims to the final protocol are accepted until November 7, 2018 inclusive. Claims are accepted in writing in the office of the "Run Ukraine" organization at the address: 52-B Dmytrivska str, office 60, letter A, Kyiv. 8. Awarding winners The award is conducted among men and women for the first place in absolute terms. The main prize is participation in the Rome Marathon 2019 in Italy. The organizers will assume the following expenses for the period of travel of the winner in Rome: accomodation in the hotel for the period of the Competition; return air tickets; payment of registration fee.

5 The winners themselves receive and pay all permits for departure of a citizen of Ukraine abroad.
