1 1-3 August 2014 Stryi, UKRAINE FEDERATION EUROPEENNE DU MODELISME AUTOMOBILE Invitation For the second time Federation of automodelsport of Ukraine has the honour to host the European rd Championships in tether car racing. s will be held in Stryi, Ukraine. We kindly welcome all model car racers from all over Europe. Hopefully You find all the necessary info for what's planned and what to expect in the following brief. Accommodation Stryi - old small historical town in the western region of Ukraine. Location Tether car track is located in the football stadium SOKIL, Shashkevycha str. 20A. Transport For the competitors and visitors the transportation from the airport in Lviv to Stryi and back will be organised. At the airport You will be met by the representatives of EC organisers. To accomplish that successfully, it is necessary for You to inform us with following info: date of arrival and flight number (or arrival time). Catering service Trackside bar for snacks and drinks is open Tuesday through Sunday ( ). We also offer possibility for daily lunch sets at The banquet is held in restaurant Marsel. Banquet ticket 20 Euro. Registration for the race All competitors must be registered for 6 weeks before the European Championship and bring the models for technical check not later than 31 July p.m. Entry forms must be sent by to Igor Safiyanyk. Race officials are: Daniel Kiechl (CH), Lembit Vaher (EST) and Jan-Erik Falk (S). Starting order The 63rd European Championship The starting order for the first heats will be set in the official starting list. The starting order is set according to the 62-nd European Championships (2013), current Champion in each class starts first and other participants follow in ranked order. For participants who are not ranked, the starting positions will be drawn by the organizers (positions after 20-th). Awarding for the European Championships First, second and third place winners in each class will be awarded with European Championships medals. First five positions in each class will receive The Championships trophy. The first three teams will be awarded with the teams' cup trophy.
