The deadline for team registration is: July 12th :59, CET A list of the eligible categories pursuant to Article of the IFSC Rules will be published by the IFSC not later than July 19th :59 CET. Competitors requiring to re-register following publication of this list must do so not later than July 26th :59 CET. Important: Please send to: j.pinggera@austriaclimbing.com the following information when registering: A list of your Team Officials (manager, coaches, medical staff) and the mobile phone numbers of the team manager together with the arrival information of the team. Attendance confirmation on site: The presence of all team officials and competitors must be confirmed to the organizer in advance of on-site confirmation attendance. All team registrations and all technical

Unregistered persons (e.g. parents) may not confirm attendance on behalf of teams / competitors. Evidence of identity must be provided for all team officials and competitors. Registered competitors not confirmed as present will be deleted from the Official Starting Lists. Accreditations of registered team officials not confirmed as present will be declined. Each competitor must report for medical assessment immediately following registration, with relevant official documentation relating to their proposed classification. Confirmation of attendance for delayed arrival: In case a team is not able to make the confirm attendance in time due to flight delays or other unpredictable reasons, please contact the IFSC Technical Delegate: Christophe Billon: 0033 / 616 / Accreditation: Important: In order to gain access to the event and to participate, all team officials and competitors must (i) be accredited through the event organizers Accreditation System and (ii) be registered in the IFSC system (EGroupware) at the date of the registration deadline. For all other directions, leave at the highway A12 exit Innsbruck Mitte or Innsbruck Ost and follow the direction Innsbruck Zentrum. This place will also host numerous side-events during the World Championships. Please check our event website for further information about the framework program: For information about arrival and parking please check our event website. Please note that no parking spaces will be available at the venue Kletterzentrum Innsbruck. However, the organizer provides one free parking space per team at the Olympiaworld Innsbruck (Parking Area West). Nearby Climbing Facilities: If you wish to do your training during the time of the World Championships you can use the following facilities in or near Innsbruck. Kletterzentrum Innsbruck: (Lead, Speed, Boulder) The WCH venue Kletterzentrum Innsbruck can also be used for training at all times. Please note that the space opened for climbing will be limited from August 20 in. From this day on until the end of the World Championships the outdoor areas of the venue will not be opened to public. Furthermore, during this time no reservations for parts of the training facilities will be accepted. Please understand that also competitors and team officials need to pay the regular entrance fee of the climbing gym when it is used for training.
