TEAM OFFICIALS: Member federations may register up to a maximum of five (5) team officials who shall be granted free entry into the competition venue. These officials shall be registered via the IFSC website, must be in possession of a valid international licence and specifically nominated for one of the following roles: o One (1) team manager; o Two (2) team coaches; o Two (2) qualified medical or para-medical personnel. DEADLINE: The deadline for team registration [ ] shall be five (5) days before the first day of the competition. Following this deadline, but subject always [ ], member federations may, in exceptional circumstances, withdraw team members and substitute new team members to replace those withdrawn, but may not add to the number of team members registered START LIST: Registered competitors not confirmed as present [ ] will be deleted from the Official Starting List. 3 Subject to Article , member federations may register on the official IFSC registration form a National Team comprising (where applicable): REGISTRATION o Any current Adult/Youth World/Continental Champion (only for the Discipline in which they are champion) at the start of the Calendar Year; o Any competitors ranked tenth (10th) or above on the relevant World Ranking at the start of the Calendar Year; and o for each Category and Discipline of the competition: Where the member federation is not the host country: up to four (4) further competitors; or Where the member federation is the host country: up to twelve (12) further competitors. The presence of all persons registered pursuant to Articles and must be confirmed by SMS or to the IFSC Technical Delegate and/or the Jury President in each case not later than the time specified on the information sheet provided by the Organiser (or if no such time is specified, not later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the Technical Meeting). 4 Venue registration if late arrival: In case a team is not able to make the reservation in time due to flight delays or other unpredictable reasons, please contact IFSC Technical Delegate: CHRISTOPHE BILLON: / c.billon@ffme.fr TRAVEL DETAILS Visa: Athletes and Officials who need to apply for VISA have to send an with a request to FASI: segreteria@federclimb.it with the following information - name, surname, date of birth, passport number, hotel, date of arrival and departure, status (athlete or official). Send also a passport copy. Please take into consideration that August is a month of vacation, so send the request no later than 20/07/ How to get there: By Plane The nearest airports are Verona, Milano or Munich. From the airport you have to take a shuttle to the train station, then by train you can reach Rovereto and Arco. By Train For those travelling by TRAIN the nearest railway station is Rovereto (on the Brennero line) which is 20 km from Arco. A Trentino Trasporti bus service connects Rovereto to Torbole, Riva, and Arco. Arriving from Milano or Venezia, it is possible to get off at Desenzano, Peschiera or Verona. From these towns you may take the A.P.T.V. (Azienda Provinciale Transport Verona) bus service to Riva del Garda. By car and by bus: If you wish to reach Arco by CAR the motorway A22 (Modena-Brennero) is the fastest way. The exit is Rovereto- Sud Lago di Garda nord" 17 km from Arco. To reach Arco by BUS there are direct connections from Trento & Rovereto (Atesina), from Verona & Desenzano (A.P.T.V. bus service); from Brescia & Milano (S.I.A. bus service) & during the summer (from mid-june to the end of September) also from Venezia (A.P.T.V. bus service) (from Monday to Friday one bus only : Riva 7.00 a.m. Venezia a.m. and Venezia 5.15 p.m. Riva 8.00 p.m.) 31/07/14 4 IFSC Climbing World Cup
