PARTICIPATION: 3 male and 3 female competitors for each category (6+6 for host country); Plus: first 10 women and men listed on the WR, reigning World and Continental Champions and participants from Supplementary list. 3. We remind that: 1. Those competitors for whom their belonging Federations have not applied for a 2010 International License will NOT be allowed to compete. 2. Deadlines for registration of competitors reported in the competition information sheets disseminated by the IFSC must be respected by each member federations. 3. Registrations after the deadline are subject to an extra fee. 4. Competitors registration fees will be charged to the member federation when registered competitors do not attend the concerned event, unless the IFSC has been informed earlier than 4 days prior to the event (considering the 1st day of competition). IMPORTANT: VISA: In order to get Russian visas in time and minimize the prices, citizens of other countries please: 1. Send completed visa application form (see Appendix 1) and copy of your passport valid a minimum 6 months from the moment of departure the Russian Federation, by oromashkina@mail.ru 2. Transfer 35 Euro to the account of CFR (see the details in Appendix 2) as giving reference numbers for getting Russian visas is realized after an advanced payment. The price is 35 Euro per person! DEADLINE for transferring May, 10th!!!

Within 2-3 days after sending completed visa application form and copy of your passport and transferring money you will get a reference number, which will guarantee getting Russian visa in the consulate in the city of visa application. 4. You can get the answers to all your questions concerning this matter - oromashkina@mail.ru Phone: DEADLINE May, 10th!!! (after this date getting Russian visas on regular terms can t be guaranteed) The price is 35 Euro per person! 4. PRIZES: According to IFSC Standards 5. TRAVEL DETAILS: by plane: fly to Moscow International Airports: Sheremetevo 2 ( or Domodedovo ( Transfer: Organizers will provide team meeting in Airport and transport to the hotel. Annulment of reservation with out penalty charge is possible not later than 14 day before the arrival. 7.
