TEAM OFFICIALS: Member federations may register up to a maximum of five (5) team officials who shall be granted free entry into the competition venue. These officials shall be registered via the IFSC website, must be in possession of a valid international licence and specifically nominated for one of the following roles: o One (1) team manager; o Two (2) team coaches; o Two (2) qualified medical or para-medical personnel. DEADLINE: The deadline for team registration 19 th Oct. shall be five (5) days before the first day of the competition. Following this deadline, but subject always [ ], member federations may, in exceptional circumstances, withdraw team members and substitute new team members to replace those withdrawn, but may not add to the number of team members registered START LIST: Registered competitors not confirmed as present [ ] will be deleted from the Official Starting List. 02/09/14 2 IFSC Climbing World Cup Inzai

3 TEAM REGISTRATION FOR WORLD CUPS: According to IFSC rules Part 3 Event Rules / World Cup Series/ 11.4 Subject to Article , member federations may register on the official IFSC registration form a National Team comprising (where applicable): o Any current Adult/Youth World/Continental Champion (only for the Discipline in which they are champion) at the start of the Calendar Year; o Any competitors ranked tenth (10th) or above on the relevant World Ranking at the start of the Calendar Year; and o for each Category and Discipline of the competition: Where the member federation is not the host country: up to four (4) further competitors; or Where the member federation is the host country: up to twelve (12) further competitors. If the IFSC decide that confirmation of attendance is not required by physical attendance at a Registration prior to the Technical meeting then the presence of all persons registered in accordance with Articles and must be confirmed by SMS or to the IFSC Technical Delegate not later than the time specified on the information sheet provided by the Organiser (or if no such time is specified, not later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the Technical Meeting). This information must also be sent to the IFSC at sport@ifsc-climbing.org at the earliest opportunity. 4 IMPORTANT: Please send a list of your Team Officials (manager, coaches and medical staff) and the mobile phone number of the team manager together with arrival information of the team to JMA: info@jma-sangaku.or.jp and cc to Kobi: kobi@e7a.jp Whereabouts: National Federations are requested to send to the IFSC a copy of the competitor list with the following information: - Phone number, and hotel/accommodation (address and phone number) of Team Manager. If no Team Manager, please nominate an athlete from each Team. We would recommend the Narita airport, it is closer and also easy to go to Inzai. 5 From the airport to the chiba New Town chuo station (official hotel) : From Narita Airport : From Narita airport take Narita Sky Access line (cacth " Access Express ") and get off at "Chiba new town chuo" station. The Access Express departs every 20-40min in day time. It takes approx. 25 min. From Haneda Airport : The easiest way is to catch the Keikyu line for Narita airport, and change the train to the "Access Express" of Sky Access line (to Narita) at "Oshiage" station. Get off at the Chiba new town chuo station. Travel time is approx. 1.5 hrs.
