Safety Each nation is responsible for the safety and protection of its delegates. Insurance Each National Federation is responsible to provide insurance for each of its delegates, before (arrival), during and after (departure) the event. Customs formalities Basically it should not be a problem to enter Switzerland with a Crossbow. The Crossbow is a sports-equipment and not a weapon. Tariff-Number Swiss Customs Number: Documents Listing of the Crossbows It is recommended that every participant of the European-Championship is able to show a levy of his national federation. It is recommended to prepare a listing of all Crossbows you bring with you. This listing should be presented at the customs when you enter Switzerland. As soon as you leave Switzerland you should show the same list at the customs again. Valid travel documents of the participants are presupposed thereby! 9
