GENERAL INFORMATION NB!!! Due to withdrawal of LTU team, in the competition will take part the team from Azerbaijan. Participating teams: AZERBAIJAN BELARUS ESTONIA LATVIA RUSSIA UKRAINE 3. OFFICIAL VENUE OF ARRIVALL AND DEPARTURE EEVZA U18 Men Championship (born in 1999/2000) will be held in Minsk. Official places of arrival: International Airport Minsk (by flight) or Minsk Railway station (by train), Minsk International Bus station (by regular bus) or Official Hotel (in case by own bus). 4. The training schedule is fixed in accordance with the teams arrival schedule on the official day of arrival, during the competitions days no trainings will be arranged. ACCOMMODATION All participants will be accommodated in the Hotel ItTime in single, double and triple rooms equipped with toilets, bathrooms, phones and TV. The Head of Delegation will have to present: EEVZA-05 Form Team Registration; EEVZA-05bis Form Final Team Registration; Passport or official personal ID cards of each player in which the age and nationality of players is fixed; One set of uniform each in (2) colours - Captain s set and Libero s set; EEVZA-M-4 (Valid Health certificate of each player)

COMPOSITION OF DELEGATION, FINANCIAL CONDITIONS EXPENSES COVERED BY THE ORGANISER All transportation expenses from the official place of arrival/departure to the hotel and competition site and back. The accommodation (hotel, meals) costs max for 21 persons (12-14 players, 6 officials + 1 referee) per team, for a total max of 8 double rooms and 5 single rooms per team. Board and lodging expenses of all referees, including those who are coming with teams have to be paid by the Organiser. Referees can be accommodated in double rooms. EXPENSES COVERED BY THE PARTICIPATING DELEGATIONS Each team shall bear its own international travelling expenses to the official place of arrival/departure. Each team must pay a contribution fee to the board & lodging to the organiser for each of the official member of its delegation in the amount of: 200 EURO (i.e. 50, - EURO x 4 [four] days) except for the referee. This amount must be paid by bank transfer to BVF bank account till 17 November 2017 and must be settled even if the duration of the stay is shorter. Each participating Federation, which brings referee to any of EEVZA AGE competition, has to pay pocket money for own referee 50,00 EUR per each competition day (only). The arrival and the departure day account together for 1 (ONE) day. A maximum of 3 (three) extra persons, in addition to the 20 official team members may accompany their respective delegations at their own expense (the names have to be communicated to the organisers, using the EEVZA-05 form). The extra persons are entitled to single rooms for the price of 100.-EUR (the price includes all services provided to the official team members). All hotel and food expenses incurred after 12h00 of the day following the last match played must be paid by the participating team. All telephone and mini-bar costs in the hotel shall be borne by participating teams. For non presenting the Referee with the delegation, concerned National Federation has sanctioned with penalty 500 EUR, which has to be paid by concerned National federation to Organiser. 9. INFORMATION FOR THE TEAMS Please, don t take the towels from the Hotel to the Competition hall, because if you lose them, you shall cover the cost of the lost towel!!! 10. LAUNDRY Organiser will ensure laundry of sets of uniforms (1 pair of socks, 1 t-shirt and 1 pair of shorts) during match days (except for the last competition day). 13. AWARDING The Awarding ceremony will be held after the last match on Sunday, 26/11/2017. The team carrying the title of EEVZA Champion will receive a cup, gold medals and team diplomas. The teams classified second and third will be awarded with medals and team diplomas. Medals will be distributed by EEVZA Office to Organizing National Federation. 14.
