2 REGISTRATION To be admitted to participate in the competition, the National Federation must complete a Registration Form, duly signed and stamped by concerned National Federation. The Registration deadline is stated on the Registration Form. The Registration Forms have to be sent by the concerned National Federations to the EEVZA Office and to the Organizer either by mail (as scanned document) or by fax. With registering, all the teams also commit themselves to participate in all matches of the event for which they registered. 3 REFEREES GENDER COMPETITION FORMAT NUMBER OF TEAMS COMPETITION SCHEDULE NF Referee Manager: Aurelijus Zuoza EEVZA Neutra Referees: TBD Local Referees: Marcinkus N., Narvydas S., Galimovas Ž., Strelkauskaitė R., Valteris V., Miščenkaitė G., Ruselevičius V., EEVZA will appoint 2 neutral referees from EEVZA countries and will cover for them: - International transportation costs; - Per Diem 75 Euro (only per competition days) Men/women The Championship competitions method and final classification will be decided by EEVZA Office together with the Neutral Technical Supervisor and Hosting federation, depending of the total amount of registered teams. Each country can register to the Championships maximum two teams per gender. In case some National Federations will not use their rights to register two teams per gender, the EEVZA Office and Organizing Federation has possibility to fill the roster with the additional local and international teams from EEVZA countries. Preliminary Inquiry & Technical Meeting Women: Athletes are required to attend the Preliminary Inquiry and the Technical Meeting and present their passports, medical certificates. All teams from EEVZA countries should provide a document from their National Volleyball Federation including the National Ranking of the participating teams/players and local medical certificate approved by their National Federation All meetings will be held on the venue at 18:00 The final competition schedule could be fix by the EEVZA TS on-site after the preliminary inquiry depends of the number participating teams/countries. CONTRIBUTION FEE RULES OF THE GAME Entry/Contribution fee will be the same, as fixed in 2016 EEVZA Competition Regulations, i.e. this contribution fee amounts 45,00 EURO x number of competition days per person). This amount must be paid upon the arrival of the delegation and must be settled even if the duration of the stay is shorter. The arrival and the departure days both are counting as 1 [ONE] full day. In case National federations are registering more than two teams, they are not obliged to pay above mentioned contribution fee, but responsible for all the expenses of these teams, including accommodation and meals. For other in a set deadline (article 6.) registered persons (i.e. assistant coaches, physiotherapists, doctors) is determined same price (45,00 EUR) as per Official delegation. In case any extra persons are requested by participating National Federations, it s determined by Organizer and has to be announced in Practical info, but this payment can t to exceed more than 100 EUR per person per day. It s recommended for NF/Organizer to reduce price for extra persons more similar as Official delegation. FIVB Official Beach Volleyball Rules

4 OFFICIAL BALL OFFICIAL DAYS AND VENUE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE VISA TRANSPORT LOCAL TRANSPORT BOARD AND LODGING Mikasa VLS-300 Arrival Departure Players (and/or Team Managers/Coaches/National Federations) are requested to apply early enough for their visas, whenever needed. The Host National Federation should be contacted to receive a letter of invitation or tourist invitation. Please send to the following data: - Full name as in passport (first name, last name) - Date of birth (dd/mm/yy) -Place of birth (city, country) - Passport # - Date of issue - Valid till (min 6 months after visa date) - Nationality -Permanent address (street, apt. No. city, country) Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa or airport taxes. For Neutral Referees, nominated by EEVZA, International travel expenses will be covered by EEVZA. Local Transportation for the players, coaches and etc., as for the accompanying persons is under their own responsibility. Transportation of Neutral Referees is organizers responsibility Accommodation has to be arranged for the officially registered delegations and by the request of federations also for other members of federations. Local organizer one day before starting and one day ending of the competition will cover expenses of accommodation, lodging of official delegation (article 7. of these Regulations), for other members, federations will pay by themselves. Information about amount of extra persons has to be sent to Organizer no later than 15 days before the starting of the competition. The Organizer shall arrange the hotel/sport centers/hostels (good category) accommodation in double/triple rooms equipped with bathrooms and toilets and food for all players and official members of delegations for a period from the official arrival day until the official departure day. Optional single rooms for coaches if possible to be arranged by the organizer. Accommodation shall meet overall standards of hygiene and tidiness. The Organizer must provide a breakfast, lunch and dinner per day per official members of delegation. The Organizer must provide an adequate quantity of mineral water per person during the every meal. In case local officials, nominated to officiate competitions are from different places, covering of lodging, meals expenses of mentioned persons are also responsibility of Organizer. 4
