Rules: This Championship will conduct according to the next documents: Tournament Rules CH ITF This Rules. Conduction of Championship is based on following the Rules CH ITF. Some rules in this Rules are either for emphasizing its importance or they are changed. Other words, if it is the discrepancy between the Rules CH ITF and this Rules, should go by this Rules, as its priority is higher.

4 3. About location Dnipro is the city, the regional center of Dnipropetrovsk area and the center of Dnipropetrovsk agglomeration. Large economical, industrial, scientific and cultural center of Ukraine. The third city by population in Ukraine after Kyiv and Kharkiv. Population: (2016 y.) About Dnipro: The first building which was built in Dnipro is Potemkin palace in 1790 y. Nowadays, it is the Students Palace. There is production of rockets Zenit. Nowadays, do not exist any analogues in the world. There is the biggest jewish center Menorah in the world. The first reinforced concrete bridge in the world and the biggest arched bridge in Europe Merepho-Khersonskiy. There is the longest seafront in Europe 23 kilometers, along the biggest river in Ukraine Dnipro. The highest buildings in Dnipro are apartment complex Towers 123 meters. The oldest and biggest collection of Stone Women is in Historical museum. Petrykivska painting is art craft, decorative and ornamental folk art of Dnipropetrovsk area, which was entered in the List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity UNESCO.

Preparation for the Championship 4.1.Registration forms: Registration forms must be filled in special program, which you can upload with web-site The first application deadline: 2017, March, 01 Need to provide to the Organizing Committee at least one filled form: Booking a hotel with designation of the number of participants and package of services provided. Other forms of application can be sent later or can be changed. The final date of application: 2017, April, 01 Before this final date any changes can be entered in application including second names of participants, kinds of programs etc. But you should notice, changing the number of participants and dates, which pointed during Booking a hotel, can lead to a fine. Forms which are required to fill: the list of participants with pointing categories and kinds of program. teams, including self-defense trainers. VIPs. Representatives of Federations. Judges. Booking a hotel. Photos of participants (JPG, until 75dpi, 45kb) must be added to registration form. Noncompliance of these requirements can be a reason for extra fines. Any changes in application after mentioned date will cause fines. Extra information: if you change your flight and it causes changing time of arrival/departure, but not date, we mean, that the amount of days staying are not be changed, we beg to enter changes in applications and send new one. It won t be the change of application and won t cause fine, even after final date.

6 4.2.Transportation and arrival: by plane International airport Dnipro, it is situated in 5 km south-east of the city. by train Dnipro the main railway station, is a modern railway station in the center of the city, arrival through Kyiv. by bus regular bus routes from the large european cities Also you can reach the city by car. 4.3.Arrival: All necessary information about arrival need to be filled in application and sent to Organizing Committee. In case to enter any changes you must do it also with application form. You should inform National Federations until 2017, April, 01 next information: number of flights or trains dates and time of arrival, also amount of participants (including invited and uninvited judges, VIPs and other representatives of the team) dates and time of departure. In case early booking Organizing Committee will provide transfer from/to airport, Sport palace, hotels, place of registration and weighing. Teams, which will come by other kinds of transport or will not inform Organizing Committee about their arrival, should get to the place of registration by themselves by appointed time. Deadline of arrival to registration 2017, April, 27 at 18:00 o clock. At least the one responsible person from National Federation (trainer or any other authorized representative) must arrive to registration of national team and pay all fees. Other representatives of the team can come later. The time of arrival means coming to the room of registration, not in airport. We beg you to plan your time beforehand. 7 4.4.Payments and fines: Payments: entrance fee for participation individual competitions 30$ per person. Must be paid by all participants, even who take part only in team competitions. entrance fee for participation team competitions 50$ per every team. Fines: application after 2017, April, 01 50$ every change of application after deadline 10$ change of ID-card (after its acceptance by trainer) 10$ shortage of participants photos in application form 5$ inopportune coming of representative to registration 2017, April, 27 50$.

Order of conduct the Championship 5.1.Rules of the Championship The Championship leads according to the Rules CH ITF. 5.2.General rules for participants every ages: Every representatives of every Federations Taekwon-do ITF can take part in Championship. Every participants must be appropriate age (min 7 y.o., max 49 y.o. in appropriate group by the day of registration), have appropriate qualification (min 8 CUP, max 6 DAN in appropriate division); CUP, DAN and age of participants must be confirmed by Certificates and identity document; Insurance, which covers all costs, is necessarily for formalization. Organizing Committee will not have any responsibility for every injuries or loss of sportsmen. Sportsmen must hold the dress code. Only sportsmen in ITF DOBOKs can take part in Championship. If sportsmen want to write the name of their country on DOBOK, they can do it on the back under the emblem (Taekwon-do tree). The number of participant must be below the belt on the back of DOBOK s jacket. The sponsor s logo can be on the right side of chest (recommended size 10x5 sm). National flag can be embroidered on the right sleeve laterally, about 2 sm below the shoulder seam. 5.3.The program of competitions: Competition hold in the following disciplines: TUL individual and team Sparring individual and team Self-defense Power breaking individual and team Special technique individual and team Individual competition Sportsmen competitors admit to the competition in age groups and divisions, which are shown below. Sport delegations have the right to apply any amount of sportsmen in every weight categories in MASSOGI (duels) and 5 sportsmen in every qualification category in TULs (formal exercises).

9 Team competition Competitors of team disciplines admit in groups: y.o.; y.o.; y.o.; y.o.; y.o.; y.o. Power breaking Competitions hold according Rules CH ITF. Special technique Competitions in Special technique hold the same way as power breaking. Competitors of individual and team competitions must inform height and length during the registration. Min height and length is established for juniors and adults (section Age categories below). For high jumps the height of board measures by lower edge. For long jumps the middle of board must be higher than height of obstacles. During implementation the NOPIO AP CHAGI and NOPIO DOLLIO CHAGI sportsmen must perform the running start and leap on shock leg, then wave other leg to the chest and hit the board by the jogging leg at the same time to lower the other leg (scissors hit). Self-defense The team in self-defense must be 1+3 participants men, 1+2 participants women. Protective equipment: During participation MASSOGI participant must have the following protective equipment: Necessarily: competitive gloves (established sample, 8-10 ounces) protectors on the feet (established sample, with closed heel) boxing mouth guard participants 7-49 y.o. protective helmet (established sample, with closed top part) girls 7-49 y.o. protective chest bib under DOBOK s jacket boys and men 7-49 y.o. protective bandage under DOBOK s pants not allowed availability of protective helmet for participants y.o. age group. At will: protection of shin Every participant must have red and blue protective helmet (according to the participant s corner). Other colors of helmet do not allow. 5.4.Registration and weighing: For registration and weighing necessary following documents: original of application established sample; original of life and health from accident insurance contract for every participant during holding the competition; ITF certificate, which confirm the qualification of participant; identity document. Doping test can be used to any sportsmen. The sportsman who refuse the doping test or who does not come to the procedure will be disqualified.

13 5.5.Trainer: Trainer is the one person who represents the sportsman and can file a notice of opposition (costs of 50$). Only for one trainer allowed being in competition zone during the duel. Presence of trainers on the draw and trainers meeting is necessarily. 5.6.Judges: The main Judge of competitions forms arbitration commissions, judicial brigades, determines the order of their work. Every team must provide at least one judge who passed judicial seminar for every 10 participants. Judges should perform their duties according to the schedule of competitions, tournament rules CH ITF, this Rules. Judges must visit all judicial meetings, which were planned during the time of holding competitions. Judicial Committee has the right to remove any judge who will not follow the work schedule and regulations. In this case judge has to pay for his accommodation and food by hisself. 5.7.Official dress code: Participant has to be worn official uniform DOBOK ITF while entrancing sport area. Judicial uniform consists of dark blue jacket, white shirt with long sleeves, dark blue pants, dark blue tie, white short socks and white sport shoes, as it is written in judicial rules. Trainers have to follow official dress code ITF. 5.8.Official Persons: The Head of delegation (manager of the team), who is authorized be President of National organization, represents the country at the Championship. Only the Head of delegation (manager of the team) can provide the documents of delegation members at the registration, apply documents, interact with Organizing Committee and other Heads. Manager of the team is responsible for all members of the team during all time staying in Ukraine including checking conformity of tickets and visas with staying period in the country, also provides all calculations at the arrival day and final calculation at the departure day in the hotel.

14 5.9.Ceremony of winners awarding: At the awarding ceremony the sportsmen have to wear DOBOK ITF or team uniform. Other kinds of dress do not allow. Every country must organize their participants and escort to represent their team during official parade. Motiveless entrance of sportsman at the official awarding ceremony will cause a fine 10 EUR National anthem and flag: Every country must provide Organizing Committee with the record of their anthem on CD (duration 45sec), and national flag (size 100x150sm).
