ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: 2 entries per school in the 4x400 and DMR 4 entries per team all other remaining events 4 entries per team in individual events For additional entries please contact Kevin M. Stephen at Unattached entries must register and pay via directathletics.com PACKET PICK-UP: Packet pick up will be in the meet management room located in the concourse of the Birmingham Crossplex on Thursday January 30th from 9:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m. CREDENTIALS: Wrist bands will be provided for all competing athletes, managers, coaches, media and athletic trainers. TIMING: Timing will be done by Express Timing Group

2 PREFERRED LANES: Sprint Races: Oval Races: WEIGH-IN: Implement room is located northeast corner of the Crossplex facility Weigh-in times: Thursday January 30th 9:30 a.m. Noon Only soft shell weights and shots may be used in competition. The games committee will impound any throwing implements don t meet NCAA or facility standards. FACILITY AVAILABILITY: The Birmingham Crossplex will be open at the following times Pre-Comp workout: Friday January 13th 6:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Competition Day: Thursday January 30th 9:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m. EVENT CHECK-IN: Athletes in running events report to clerk of the course 15 min before their event. Field event competitors should check in 60 minutes prior to the start of their event with the head official at their event area. COMPETITION WARMUP: No warming up will be allowed on the competition track General warm ups will be around the basketball concourse and/or outside the arena Specific warm up will be done the green room. Access to this area will be limited to 45 minutes prior to the athlete s event. Please be respectful of the green room restrictions so as to create a safe warm up area. Field event warm ups will be done at event site per NCAA rules. SPIKES: The only spike pins allowed on the facility are the ¼ pyramid spikes from MF athletics. Please contact MF at Item # 463A No needle spikes or Christmas tree spikes are allowed! No permanent spike shoes allowed Spikes will be check and marked before entering the green room! Shoes will be check again before stepping on the competition track!

3 Athletes will not be allowed to compete if they do not comply with this rule! RUNWAY MARKINGS: White athletic tape is the only acceptable runway marker. Chalk is not permitted. FACILITY DETAILS: Competition track is a 200 meter banked hydraulic MONDO track with 6 42 lanes. 4 RESULTS: Results will be available online at and posted in the main Concourse TRAINING ROOM: Standard training room modalities will be provided. For additional information please contact Adrienne Murphy at or SHOWERS & DRESSING FACILITES: Showers and locker rooms are available on site. Towels and toiletries will not be provided. The CrossPlex facility will close at 9:00 p.m. All competitors and coaches must exit the building at this time TEAM SEATING: General admission seating is available to all teams. Premier seating is ticketed and restricted to ticketed patrons SPECIAL FACILTY RULES: No headphone use in green room or in competition area. Only water is allowed in the green room and on the competition track. Food is not allowed in the green room or on the competition track.
