Entries must be done ON-LINE at Entries will close at 11:00 pm, Wednesday, March 20, Entry Fee: High School: $ per team per gender. Colleges/Universities: $ per team, per gender. Open/Unattached: $30.00 per athlete. Checks should be made payable to: PVAMU Men & Women s Track Individual Entries: Interested individuals may request an invitation by ing Coach Angela Williams at ahwilliams@pvamu.edu. Facility Flow: Time schedule: Opening Heights: Spikes: Meet Rules: Runway marks: Packet pick-up will be at the entrance (Gate 7) of the football stadium. Warm-up area will be inside the football stadium. The enclosed time schedule may be revised based on the final entries received. The final schedule will be posted on on Thursday, March 21, Will be posted on the heat sheets. Only 1/4 inch pyramid spikes allowed except for high jump where 3/8 - inch or 9mm is allowed. No needle or Christmas tree spike allowed. No headphones or personal sound system (mp3, ipod, etc.) allowed while warming up or on the track. No athletes allowed in the coaching area. White athletic tape and cones may be used. No chalk may be used. Implement Inspection: Implements need to be at the weigh-in area at least 90 minutes before competition.

2 Facility availability: If you are wanting to use the track on Thursday or Friday, March 21 or 22, 2019, please contact Angela Williams at or or Chris Clay at or Competition Warm-up and Athlete Check In: No warming will be allowed on the track. Warm up will only be allowed in the designated warm-up area (football stadium). Running events will be escorted to the track Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer Throw, Long Jump, Triple Jump, and High Jump competitors will be allowed at the competition site 60 minutes prior to the start of event. Pole Vault competitors will be allowed at the competition site 75 minutes prior to the start of event. Awards: Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each event. Credentials: Bib numbers will be provide to all competing athletes. Wrist bands will be provided to 3 coaches 2 managers and 2 trainers per team per gender. Timing and Results: Conducted by JW Timing Group, Live results will be posted on this site.
