The ARROYO CONVENTION Center has a free parking facility. REGISTRATION / PASTA PARTY / RACE BRIEFING Athlete Registration Athlete Registration will take place at the Arroyo Convention Center. Athletes are required to register and pick up their Race Pack. You will also be asked to fill out a waiver form. All competitors, including team members must fill out this form to race. If you have any question you can contact Rosa Elisa Lopez Timings: Friday 30th 1:00 pm - 6:00pm Race Packs include: Race Numbers / Bike Number / Swim Caps / Event Shirt Timing Chip will be giving on RACE DAY TEAM REGISTRATION Only 1 team member is required to come to athlete registration, however he must fill waiver declaration form for each member of the team. Pasta Party Sponsored By: Stryker The Pasta Party will be held at the Arroyo Convention Center. This is your opportunity to get your carbohydrate levels ready for the race and meet your fellow competitors. Timings: SATURDAY January 31, 2015 at 6:00 pm SHARP

4 RACE BRIEFING Immediately following the Race Briefing is the Pasta Party which is also held at the Arroyo Convention Center. The Race Briefing is compulsory for all athletes as key information about the race. This is the place were questions can be answered. Timings: Saturday January 31, :00 pm ELITES 5:30 pm AGE Group Equipment Check In & Bike Check In Racking of bikes and check in of equipment is at Punta Guilarte Transition Area. For the Age Group Bike racks are assigned firs come first served bases. On arrival take the time to ensure you have: - Bike, Bike Shoes, Athlete Number, nutrition and running shoes. Timings: Sunday February 1, 2015 Transition OPENS at 5:00 am RACE DAY-EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW Use of a Timing Chip You will get your Timing Chip on RACE DAY before the swim starts at the TIMING TENT. It will be handed and scanned at this time to ensure it is fully operational. Timing CHIP Starts:0:30 AM. How to Wear it You must wear your timing chip around your right ankle on a strap that it is NOT provided. No timing chip or incorrect use = NO RESULTS. The timing chip is registered against your Race Number for the results service and will provide timing for each stage of the race. You should thread the timing chip onto the ankle with a strap. Strap the band around your ankle and ensure the velcro has fastened securely. RELAY Teams The timing chip for Teams is used as a baton i.e. the swimmer passes the chip (with strap) to the cyclist who then passes it to the runner. Please remember to swap your chip with each team member. Transition Area Transition will be open from 05:00AM on race day for competitors to check their bikes and drop off their kit bag before their race. Competitors must be wearing their COMPETITOR NUMBERS to gain access to this area. Bike Servicing A team of mechanics will be on site at the start in case of any last minute problems. Wave Timings The waves and times are based on entry figures at the time of print. THE EVENT ORGANIZER holds the right to change as necessary. Any changes will be clearly pointed out at the Race Briefing. Athlete equipment The event organizer it is not responsible for any lost equipment.
