The RYA Cymru Wales Big Weekend offers a packed programme of workshops to benefit individuals, instructors, coaches, Race Officials, Club Officials as well as clubs and organisations. Farrel O Shea British speed record holder, Farrel O Shea talks to Ali Yates. He recently broke the 50knt barrier, putting him 5th in the windsurf world speed rankings.
