In this capacity have been on the water for 25 hrs in late summer as of 8/2/07. Have also done dingy sailing on the Charles River. I know the basics of getting around in a Soling, which is like an Etchells; the points of sail, sail trim, tacking, gybing, but have not been in a race. I am strongly
