1 April 27-29, 2018 MOVE IN BULLETIN This bulletin contains final set-up information for the 2018 Bay Bridge Boat Show. Please pay attention to your move-in time as it is imperative that boats in the water and on land be ready to proceed into their designated spaces at the time allotted to them. Because most boats are in assigned slips, if you do not make your move-in time and the cribs are closed, there will be no access to your assigned slip. If boats on land are not ready to load into their land space at the allotted time, they will be taken only as time and space allows (this may mean a lengthy wait). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING: Signed Contract Final Payment Exhibitor's Credentials Request Copy of MD Traders License or Exhibitor's Affidavit Certificate of Insurance Ticket Order Forms IMPORTANT PHONE NUMBERS: Home Office Home Office Fax # Show Office (April 23-29) Fax at Show (April 23-29) There will be NO PETS allowed at the show and there will be no exceptions. Please do not bring your pets!

2 2 SHOW OFFICE The Show Office will be located in Building 3 of the Bay Bridge Marina and will be open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm daily. The Show Office telephone number is and the Show Office fax number is All calls should be made to that number starting Monday, April 23. The Show will monitor VHF Channel 71. EXHIBITOR PARKING Exhibitors may park on site for a $3.00 donation which goes to the Kent Island High School Athletic Boosters. Please park in the designated Exhibitor Parking area. No Parking Passes will be issued. TENT EXHIBITS All tents will be ready for occupancy at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 25. Exhibits must be in place by 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 26. Each booth exhibit must conform to the rented space assigned to it and must not obstruct adjoining exhibits. If standing backdrops are used, they must be no higher than the 8' drapery supplied by Show Management. Sides of displays cannot extend out more than 4' from the backdrop and cannot exceed 8' in height. The remaining 4' along the sides of the booth cannot exceed 3' in height.

3 3 LAND EXHIBITS Exhibitors towing their boats on trailers should bring them directly to Bay Bridge Marina according to the move-in time listed in this bulletin. It is critical that you adhere to this schedule to avoid traffic jams and delays. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME, DELIVER YOUR BOATS AND REMOVE YOUR VEHICLES PROMPTLY BEFORE YOU SET UP YOUR DISPLAY. 5 5 WATER EXHIBITS It is important that you adhere exactly to this schedule to avoid delays. We cannot hold up the movein waiting for a boat and once the crossover docks are in place, there will be no access to inside slips. We do not have additional spaces on the outside so please be on time. Our boat show dock master and crews will assist you in proper positioning of your boats. Please have your boats enter the marina in the order you want them positioned in the slips. All boats must check in on VHF Channel 71 with the dock master before occupying any slips. If you do not have a VHF, call the Show Office, WEDNESDAY, APRIL25 The following boats must arrive on Wednesday, April 25 between 9:00 am & 1:00 pm. Every boat listed below must be in their slip by 1:00 on Wednesday to have access to the slip. Once boats are placed on Dock B there will be no access to these slips.
