1 April 20-22, 2018 MOVE IN BULLETIN This bulletin contains final set-up information for the 2018 Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show. Please pay attention to your move-in time as it is imperative that boats in the water and on land be ready to proceed into their designated spaces at the time allotted to them. If boats on land are not ready to load into their land space at the allotted time, they will be taken only as time and space allows (this may mean a lengthy wait). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING: Signed Contract Final Payment Exhibitor's Credentials Request Copy of MD Traders License or Exhibitor's Affidavit Certificate of Insurance Ticket Order Forms IMPORTANT PHONE NUMBERS: Home Office Home Office Fax # Show Office (April 18-22) Fax at Show (April 18-22) There will be NO PETS allowed at the show and there will be no exceptions. Please do not bring your pets!

2 2 SHOW OFFICE The Show Office will be located by the Harbor Master s Office and will be open from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm daily. The Show Office telephone number is and the Show Office fax number is All calls should be made to that number starting Thursday, April 19. The Show will monitor VHF Channel 71. EXHIBITOR PARKING We offer parking at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, conveniently located in Annapolis, Maryland. Free buses shuttle attendees between the Stadium and the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show at City Dock. Buses run continuously from 9:00am until one hour after the show closes each day. Stadium Parking: $10.00 Directions to the Stadium: Take Route 50 to Annapolis/Rowe Blvd (exit 24). Follow signs along Rowe Blvd. to The Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. GPS Address: 511 Taylor Avenue, Annapolis, MD There is no parking on site. Parking is available in the city parking lots and the Circulator Bus will drop off at the show. Friday through Sunday, parking will be available at the Eastport Elementary School. It is a short walk to the show. Please check our website for more parking information.

3 3 TENT EXHIBITS Land spaces B and Susan Campbell Park will be ready for occupancy on Wednesday, April 18 th. Times listed below Tents A, B, C will be ready for occupancy 9:00AM, Thursday, April 19. Tent D and Land areas A and D will be ready for occupancy at 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 19. Each booth exhibit must conform to the rented space assigned to it and must not obstruct adjoining exhibits. If standing backdrops are used, they must be no higher than 7 high. Sides of displays cannot extend out more than 4' from the backdrop and cannot exceed 7 in height. The remaining 4' along the sides of the booth cannot exceed 3' in height. LAND EXHIBITS PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME, DELIVER YOUR BOATS AND REMOVE YOUR VEHICLES PROMPTLY BEFORE YOU SET UP YOUR DISPLAY. 4 4 WATER EXHIBITS It is important that you adhere exactly to this schedule to avoid delays. We cannot hold up the move-in waiting for a boat and once the docks are in place, there will be no access to inside spaces. Our boat show Dock Master and crews will assist you in proper positioning of your boats. All boats must check in on VHF Channel 71 with the Dock Master upon arrival in the Harbor.
