1 48th ANNUAL UNITED STATES SAILBOAT SHOW October 5 9, 2017 EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN BULLETIN 980 Awald Road, Suite 302, Annapolis, MD This bulletin contains final set-up and move-in information for the 2017 United States Sailboat Show. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MOVE-IN DAY AND TIME and it is imperative that boats in the water and on land be ready to proceed into their designated spaces at the time allotted to them. If boats in the water are not ready to go into their dock space at the assigned time, they will be bypassed. If space is available, the bypassed boats may be reassigned. If boats on land are not ready to load into their land space at the allotted time, they will be taken only as time and space allows (this may mean a lengthy wait). Permanent Show Office Permanent Fax # Show Office (Oct. 2-15) Fax at show (Oct. 2-15) EXHIBITOR'S LOUNGE The Annapolis Fleet Reserve Club has again made its facilities available to exhibitors at the sailboat and powerboat shows. The Lounge will be open for breakfast, buffet lunch, and bar service during set-up, show days and tear-down of both shows. The Fleet Reserve Club is on Compromise Street between Tent D and the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. When the Lounge is not open, the regular facilities of the club will be available

2 Tent Exhibits TENTS VB Land only Will be ready for occupancy at 9:00 am, Tuesday, October 3. TENT D & DO Spaces 42 through 97 and all DO tents move in is Tuesday, October 3 beginning at 9:00 am. Spaces 1 through 37 move in Wednesday, October 4 beginning at 9:00 am. TENTS A & B Will be ready for occupancy at 9:00 AM Tuesday, October 3. Exhibitors can work on their exhibits from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3 and Wednesday, October 4. TENTS AB Will be ready for occupancy at 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 4. Exhibitors can work on their exhibits from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Wednesday. TENTS C, F, G Will be ready for occupancy at 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 3. Exhibitors can work on their exhibits from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 4. (NOTE: Tent C is on a raised wooden floor so it will be impossible to have forklift service. Please arrange your exhibit so that it can be brought in without forklifts.) TENTS K, L, & YB Will be ready for occupancy at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, October 4. Exhibitors may work on their exhibits from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM that day. TENTS M, O, & P Tents M, O, and P will be ready for occupancy at 12:00 noon, Wednesday October 4. VACATION BASIN TENTS All Vacation Basin Tents on Dock H will be ready for occupancy Tuesday, October 3.

5 5 Water Exhibits PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WATER MOVE-IN BEGINS AT 8:00 AM ON MONDAY, OCT. 2. Do not expect to occupy your space until your assigned move-in time. It is critical that you adhere exactly to this schedule to avoid delays. We cannot hold up the move-in waiting for a boat. Boat show dock masters and crews will assist you in proper positioning of each exhibit. We will be monitoring VHF channel 71 and you should check in with us on channel 71 before occupying your assigned space. Please make sure you have an anchor, dock lines including 100' lines and adequate fendering.
