3 HOW IT WORKS OWNING ANY YACHT IS A COMMITMENT OF PASSION, EXPENSE & OF COURSE TIME. THE MECHANICS OF THE PLAN. YACHT TIME BREAKDOWN Time being the most elusive of the three where not every individual who aspires to yacht ownership, has the available time in their busy lives to justify year-round ownership. The Britannia Syndicated Ownership Program (Britannia SOP) designed to enable yacht ownership for the time poor addresses this directly. This programme enables you to experience some of the world s most perfect destinations. With between 4-6 weeks a year aboard your yacht, you can truly immerse yourself in the sailing lifestyle. Britannia s fleet of yachts all offer a truly stress free ownership. The yachts come with a crew of two, that looking after your every need. Joint ownership or Syndicated ownership is a fantastic way of reducing the cost of owning a luxury cruising yacht. All of the owners in each scheme having equal ownership of the yacht, you don t have the worry of decisions being made without you and all matters have to be agreed between all members. Time fixed ownership is the perfect solution to own a luxury cruising yacht stress-free. With a detailed plan from the outset, all you need to do is choose the week you desire and away you go, the hardest choice is what to pack! Britannia Yachts will set up a separate limited company for the ownership of each yacht. This company will be divided into five shares. Clients then have an option to buy one or more of these shares. Each share will entitle the shareholder to a share of the Britannia 74 owned by the company. This share will then equate to periods of use on the yacht, this will total 6 weeks. 3 weeks in the Caribbean and 3 weeks in the Mediterranean. There is also an option to increase the weeks by chartering the yacht. Expenses on the yacht will be subsidised by the 6 weeks of charter. YACHT ITINERARY THE YACHT The yacht will be launched in Southampton, UK. There will be a launch party and handover of the yacht provided by the Discovery Group.

4 YACHT ITINERARY THE YACHT The yacht will be launched in Southampton, UK. There will be a launch party and handover of the yacht provided by the Discovery Group. This will be followed by an initial crew familiarisation and yacht testing period of 6 weeks. During this period owners will be invited to join the yacht for a 3 day introduction voyage where they are encouraged to invite friends on-board for their own launch party. After this initial UK start-up period the yacht will head to either the Mediterranean or the Caribbean depending on the season. This will then start a 6 year cycle that the yacht will operate to. Each season the Yacht will move from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean and back following the cruising seasons. Needless to say owners can join the yacht on these passages across the Atlantic. The itinerary will be set at the launch of the yacht and owners will be issued with their assigned usage dates for the full period at this time. Both the itinerary and the usage can be amended by a board meeting of the owners once a year on the anniversary of the launch of the yacht. This must be a unanimous vote to change either of these or any other conditions of the company rules. PAGE 7 Swapping of yacht weeks between the owners, can be arranged directly between owners. Banking weeks one year, that are successfully sold for charter, can then be used in the following years charter period. Above all this system is regulated so no one owner can take additional extra advantage of yacht ownership. But that all owners are equal. At the end of the 6 years, the yacht should return to the UK to be sold by Discovery Group Brokerage. Once again the owners have a right via a unanimous board vote to change the date for this or the location. But if the yacht is to be kept it is recommended that the yacht shall undergo a full survey and refit at this stage to enable an agreed longer service period. YACHT MANAGEMENT CREW The yacht crew will be made up of two individuals, ideally a couple that will offer a high level of customer service, as both Skipper, Crew and Cook, Hostess.

The crew will meet with the owners wherever possible prior to final appointment. Wherever possible the same crew will be maintained throughout the 6 year s service of the yacht. MANAGEMENT The yacht will be managed by Britannia Events Ltd, Based in Southampton. The team there will ensure the yacht is fully crewed and available to owners in the correct manner and location at all times. (subject to normal conditions) An initial deposit will be logged by Discovery Group, equivalent to the first quarters running costs of the yacht. Britannia Events will produce an account report to owners quarterly, which will be expected to be settled within 7 days.
