3 INTRODUCTION We are a relatively young company, founded in 1999, but now with a mission very specific: sailboats production 80, carbon prepreg motor boats and 15 to 17 meters luxury. The facilities and staff were fitted immediately to deal with this challenge, creating a Culture of advanced composite materials and related processing technologies that over time was broadened and deepened. 4 PRESENTATION MAGIC YACHTS Magic Yachts was founded in 1999 by Wally Group. Since it s creation the Company is engaged in the Wally s values: produce high performances sail and motor yachts with highest finishing level and innovate solutions. To achieve this mission the new site was equipped with the most modern technologies and with qualified personnel from various parts of the word. This team has helped to create a climate of excellence that still characterizes Magic Yachts. In 2007, Magic Yachts joint Camuzzi Nautica Group whose reputation in the history of Italian yachts building (Cantieri Navali Baglietto and Cantieri di Pisa). From this experience, Magic Yachts still acquires further know-how. Since 2010, the high quality of its works loose it to expand its business in yachts and work boats refit, and became a reference in its field in Nord Africa. In May 2012, a group of italian managers acquired Magic Yachts, renewing Francesco Campana as General Manager. For Magic Yachts, the continuity of management and its workers, with its important past and the network of relationship with the best italian shipbuilding, constitute the strategic aspect of its present and its future. The yard is within the Free Zone of Bizerte (Parc d Activites Economique de Bizerte), located to 60 km from the center of Tunis and from its international airport, connected with all European capitals with one or two hours flight. 7

9 ADVANCED COMPOSITES Prepreg The technology is based on a stack of pre-impregned fibers industrial manner with polymerization at 95. the impregnation is done with precise and consistent dosages.the composites obtained have high fiber reinforcement and well -controlled rate wich makes them extremely powerful.with this technology,composite is obtained very high quality that combine rigidity and lightness.they are sought for the construction of ships. The yard is equipped with two ovens (36m long, 10m wide and 6meters high) temperature is controlled by computer with the possibility of cooking up to 130 ;the accuracy of the system is a 0.1 degree meadows. The workforce is qualified,our yard produced there for almost 15 years of high-end composite parts. 10
