OFFER INQUIRY NO. 02/07/2015 We request a presentation of a commercial offer as a part of the Activity 1.4 "Supporting goal-oriented project" of the priority axis 1 Research and Development of new technologies increasing the innovation of economy of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme conducted on the basis of the provisions of the Minister of Regional Development of 7 April 2008 on granting financial aid by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development as part of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme (Journal of Laws No. 68, item 414 as amended). Concerning the tender procedure for the realisation of the "Innovative means of transport in life-threatening situations at sea" project. I. 5 III. Is not allowed. Submitting partial offers IV. The possibility of subcontracting The ordering party allows for the possibility of subcontracting a part or the whole of the order. V. Offer preparation The offer should: have the date of preparation and expiry date, include the address or head office of the tenderer, include tax identification number of the tenderer, specify the net value of the order, include signature and a stamp of the tenderer The offer should be made to the Annex No. 1. VI. Offer evaluation criteria The Ordering party will chose the offer on the basis of comparing the prices (net value) in the 0-1 mode, where the offer with the lowest price will receive 1 point, while the worse offers will receive 0 points. The price criteria is 100% of the tender. In the case of two or more offers having the same price, the determining factor shall be the date of the offer submission. The offer submitted first will receive 1 point. VII. Cancelling the offer The tenderer, before the date of choosing the supplier, may change or cancel the offer. VIII.
